不能参加聚会的道歉信

不知道你是什么年龄段的
是同学、同事、老乡聚会还是其他的聚会
我想不用写道歉信啊，直接给聚会组织者或负责人打电话说明不能去的原因就可以了
或者跟和你关系较好的、要去参加聚会的朋友打个招呼
让他帮你说一声就可以了

i am very sorry that i can not take part in your party . it is pity to me because of my emercy thing need to be dealt with .
