首先，阅卷老师先看到的是开头。

英文信件的标准开头是：Dear ....， 一般不用hi其次，正文的第一句不用介绍自己是谁，直接切入主题。

因为对方收到你的信，就知道你是谁，你的职务，所以不用在开头赘述。

中间段写的不错，中间段最要注意的是单词拼写。

另外，最后一段也是老师比较喜欢看的。

第一个forward ....可以改为inform / notify this message to your friends. 还有，your guys arrived sincerely 应该改为you guys' coming. look forword to 后面应该加名词形式。

最后，结尾，英语中最常用的是：Yours， 或者是Yours sincerely， 或者是 Yours faithfully. 你用的那个awesomely一般不用到，如果碰上有些老师不习惯用那个，那你的作文分肯定就低了。

申请信（Application Letter） 申请信是向机构、团体或个人申请帮助、资金等的信件。

其写作要点如下： （1）开门见山指出自己要申请的职位、学位或其他特别的要求。

（2）指出自己要申请的理由，并简要介绍自己的学历和工作经历等。

（3）向对方表示感谢，说明自己盼望所申请之事能够得到允许的心情。
