也许很多人会认为本句是错句。

因为过去分词作定语与所修饰词应该是被动关系。

但本人认为这是正确的句子，虽然不及物动词的过去分词作定语不常见但并非绝无仅有，如the sun risen in the east。

已经在东方升起的太阳过去分词可以表示被动也可以表示完成，不及物动词的过去分词作定语就是表示完成。

所以本句中的过去分词短语作定语 也相当于定语从句作定语。

即Volunteering here is a dream come true for me.=Volunteering here is a dream that has come true for me.
