综合面试其实就是一个面试导师和考生面对面沟通观察的过程。
所以： 第一步：面试礼仪——印象分，白送就要。

最好整理出了一篇腹稿，至少要有回答的提纲。
5.读了哪些书，哪些著作，哪些期刊？这类题目出现的几率几乎是百分之百，这个时候回答报考院校指定的参考书目，著作或者期刊是最好的，当然回答行业的顶级期刊或者有表意义的著作都是可行的，但是对于这些期刊的评价要持中性，不带个人偏见，如果你大肆赞扬某一个观点，而对于导师来说正好是他不喜欢的著作或者作者，这样你就倒霉了。
所以，对于平时不爱读书的考生，需要提前准备，多看几本相关书籍了。
6.今年发生了***事件，请您谈谈对此的看法。
这种是热点型题目，而且是命题型。
这部分内容的准备起来，要求的量比较大。
对策：理论联系实际，事先准备一些行业热点的分析提纲，主动进行分析。
