摘 要 :长江中游历来是长江流域水灾最严重的地区 ,研究历史时期这一地区水灾发生的变化波动并找出其与厄尔 尼诺事件的遥相关 ,将有助于对长江中游水灾发生的预测 。对这二个时间序列自 1525 年以来的数据进行了统计学 分析 。结果表明 ,水灾发生的主要周期比厄尔尼诺事件发生的周期要长 : 后者主要表现为 2 年和 3,4 年的振动 ,而
( ) 前者的主要周期为 2 年 、8 年和 40 年 ,其显著性也没有后者明显 但都超过了 0 . 03 的置信度。通过进一步分析历 史时期长江中游水灾与厄尔尼诺事件的耦合振动 ,发现它们之间存在显著的遥相关 。结果表明 ,长江中游水灾对厄

中国是世界上最早抗击法西斯,也是世界上最后一个获得胜利的国家,抗日战争是世界反法西斯战争的重要组成部分,有力支援了世界反法西斯战争,二战后期,中国参加开罗会议、波茨坦会议,《开罗宣言》和《波茨坦公告》宣告台湾是中国不可分割的一部分。 3、 十月革命对中国的影响:
十月革命一声炮响,给中国送来了马列主义,最早宣传马列主义的是李大钊,他著有《布尔什维主义的胜利》、《庶民的胜利》等文章。
在十月革命的推动下,中国掀起了猛烈的反帝反封建斗争,五四运动、中共诞生、北伐战争是典型事例。 4、1929—1933年经济危机对中国的影响
为了挽救危机,日本建立法西斯专政,对内专政,对外侵略扩张,为此发动九一八事变;而英国法国采取纵容绥靖政策,致使日本侵略不断加剧。中日矛盾成为中国当时的主要矛盾。
5、二战后,美国成为世界霸主,在全球推行霸权主义政策,期间在亚洲推行热战,对华采取扶蒋**、发动侵略朝鲜的战争。
在两极格局中,中国属于社会主义阵营,在美苏争霸过程中,双方根据自己的实力对比变化而采取不同的对华政策,而中国则始终奉行独立自主的外交政策,始终坚持社会主义道路,坚持改革开放、取得了举世瞩目的成就!
