Jack Ma

Jack Ma is the lead founder and the chairman of Alibaba. He is one of the most famous and successful businessman in China.

Born on October 15, 1964, in a poor family in Hangzhou, Jack was not outstanding indeed during his teenage years. Instead, he failed the entrance examinations for colleges twice and was also rejected for many jobs.

Limited resources made it difficult to learn English, so he learnt English by giving foreign tourists free guides for nine years. And of course, his hard work paid off. In 1984, he was finally accepted by a university’s English department and was elected student chairman.

After graduation, he became an eximious lecturer in English . By chance, he made a trip to the USA and used the Internet for the first time. When he searched for "China" and saw no results, he decided to set up a Chinese website.

In 1995, Jack founded Chinese Yellow Page and made his first pot of gold. Now the

Chinese Yellow Page is widely believed China’s first Internet-based company. And in 1999, he founded Alibaba.

Jack has been honoured many awards and titles since he founded Alibaba. He was chosen as a ‘Young Global Leader’, ’25 Most Powerful Business people in Asia’, ’World's Best

CEOs ’’,and so on. He became the richest man in China when Alibaba floated on the stock market last year with a value of around ￡140billion.

Jack hoped to keep expanding Alibaba outside of China and is aiming for 2 billion

consumers and 10 million small shops abroad.

不 管怎么样，电商是马云你自己说的大势所趋，机关枪“突突突”扫射。另外根据阿里的招股书数据，阿里占据了中国在线零售市场80%以上的市场份额，如果大家 要讨论电商，自然免不了思考阿里的战略，揣测你马云任何一个动作。媒体评论家揣测，因为就是靠这个讨饭吃的。竞争对手揣测，是要考虑如何应对。卖家和服务 商也在揣测，是需要考虑如何推进在阿里的业务。传统企业揣测，它们在担心是否真有必要加速自己的转型了。而你更应该担心的是政府怎么揣测，加强监管限制， 还是任由继续发展。

回到阿里传统在线零售本身的战略

上 面说了，阿里未来的战略重心依旧会围绕着“在线零售”展开，尤其是腾讯战略投资京东，京东专注传统在线实物零售平台，而腾讯转而通过微信加大对O2O的投 入(当然微信电商生态平台绝对不只是O2O)。阿里正面临在两条战线与两大强劲对手作战的压力，在未来两三年是看不到阿里会转移业务重心的。 阿里做来往，马云说，把火烧到南极去。更像是一招奇袭战策略，转移腾讯注意力。从现在数据来看，来往偃旗息鼓了，东哥以为阿里当初还不如花大价钱把陌陌给 收购了。腾讯岂会被“来往”这样的佯攻所期欺骗。

回到正题，东哥以为接下来阿里的战略依旧会围绕着“在线零售”展开。之所以打引号，是因为接下来阿里的战略会聚焦更为庞大的线下零售市场，不管是O2O方式也好，还是云服务也好，(“信息流——云服务方式”“资金流——金融服务”)。 阿里轻轻松松打着望远镜看不到竞争对手的日子已经不再，坐吃山空，只有进攻才能守成，而接下来阿里自身将面临着巨大的变革，马云是想退而不能退了。

从经营模式上:从中心化平台转向去中心化平台，比如依靠天猫已有积累的商户资源，以及支付宝在线支付的垄断地位，现在支付宝丶微淘的业务策略都算是比较典型的去中心化。

从在线零售平台类型上，从单一在线零售转型转向O2O，线上线下一体化购物服务平台。加快了通过天猫丶支付宝的O2O方案落地。从投资上，投资了银泰，但私下以为树榜样，真的需要投资吗,

从区域战略上:渠道下沉和国际化，在国内一二线城市遭遇优质服务体验的冲击下，三四五六线对淘宝机会巨大，打个时间差。当然更大的市场机会在海外，过去几年速卖通的业绩不错。加速国际化，也会是阿里接下来的战略重点之一。 从零售的品类战略:在服饰鞋帽品类之外，重点开拓农副产品非标品品类，而缺乏采购优势和服务优势，在标品上阿里毫无胜算，东哥揣测阿里可能会战略投资一家B2C电商(非收购)。

当然东哥也有看不懂的地方，比如2013年底以来的阿里业务多元化。比如为什么阿里收购文化中国， 投资恒大足球，看不懂，之前也没揣测过，这是情怀所致,或是朋友影响,
