我今天演讲的题目是《保护母亲河》
水,生命之源,世间万物生存的希望,人类文明的摇篮!地球上的每一条江河都是人类的母亲,是她用甘甜的乳汁养育我们,是她以无私的奉献把人类的文明一次次的推向辉煌!面对母亲河如此宏大的恩泽,人类却因为自私、贪婪,对她进行疯狂的侵略,使她伤痕累累,面目全非。
春日的一天,我迎着明媚的春光来到九峰桥上,望着我们福建人民的母亲河——闽江,我的心潮澎湃。记得外婆曾经告诉过我,过去的闽江清澈如鉴,青山倒映在水中,鸟儿在水面上欢快地滑翔。每当春天来临的时候,极目远眺,江水碧绿如蓝,和边草木葱绿。人们亲切的称她为“绿色之江”。而今,当我怀着崇敬的心情俯视她那宽阔的胸膛,感受那脉脉流动的血液时,我的心在滴血:尊敬的人们啊,你可曾见到母亲河昔日的明眸已经不见了,你可曾听到母亲河银铃般的声音变的嘶哑了,你可曾闻到河边清新的空气被一股腐臭取代,母亲美丽的身体被摧残的伤痕累累,我仿佛听到她在伤心的哭泣。有资料显示闽江南平段水质达标率逐年下降:2001年水质达标率为77。8%,2003年降至61%。
整治闽江污染,全面改善闽江环境势在必行,刻不容缓!
破坏水环境是要受到惩罚的。我们已付出的惨痛的代价!今天南平人民正在为建设西部腹地而努力!南平需要发展,水环境污染再也不能成为制约南平发展的瓶颈了!南平人民渴望我们的母亲河碧波荡漾,再显昔日风采!

在开始今天的讲话前,我和大家分享一则寓言故事。
青蛙和小象是一对好伙伴,它们喜欢在水塘里玩耍。然而,玩耍时,小象总是随意把水洒一地,以至于水塘里水的储藏量越
来越小。有一天,青蛙悲伤地对小象说:这里要干了,我得走了,以后你不要再乱用水了,不然我就不能回来了。听到好朋友的讲述,小象愧疚地低下了头??
这则寓言故事给了我们一个启示,那就是,要做节约水资源、爱护水资源的人,只有与水为善,才能交到更多的朋友,才能拥有更多的快乐。
水是我们生活中最常见的物质之一,是包括人类在内所有生命生存的重要资源,也是生物体最重要的组成部分。然而,具有重要作用的水资源却面临着危机。据联合国统计,全球有43个国家经常面临水危机,约六分之一的人无法使用清洁饮用水,三分之一的人生活用水困难。在全球变暖的背景下,水安全已经成为全球重要课题。
3月22日是一年一度的“世界水日”,同学们,让我们都来爱护水兄弟、节约水资源,希望祖国的青山不老,希望地球的绿水长存。

同学们,你们一定都看过这样一则公益广告:电视画面上有一个水龙头,正在艰难地往外滴着水,滴水的速度越来越慢,最后水就枯竭了。然后画面上出现了一双眼睛,从眼中流出了一滴泪水。随之出现的是这样一句话:“如果人类不珍惜水,那么我们
能看到的最后一滴水将是我们自己的眼泪。”
水是生命之源。假如地球上没有水,那么地球母亲就不会孕育出我们人类的子孙万代;水是生命的摇篮。人类的生存和发展也离不开水。
老师、同学们,大家都知道每年的3月22日是世界水日。为什么要设立这样一个特殊的日子呢,那时因为作为我们生命之源的水,尤其是淡水是非常稀少,准确地说是匮乏的,因此我们要以纪念日的形式号召大家关注水资源。
尽管我们的地球是一个蓝色的水球,它大部分的面积为水所覆盖;但其中大部分是咸水,无法直接饮用,我们真正能够利用的淡水并不多。有人比喻说,在地球这个大水缸里,可以用的水只有一汤勺。目前,世界上有半数以上的国家约15亿人口面临淡水不足,其中29个国家的4。5亿人口完全生活在缺水状态中。“水贵如油”这四个字是个比喻,但在世界上很多地方,却成了无可辩驳的现实。
早在1977年联合国就召开水会议,向全世界发出严正警告:水不久将成为一个深刻的社会危机,继石油危机之后的下一个危机便是水。把水看成取之不尽、用之不竭的时代已经过去,把水当成宝贵资源的时代已经到来。虽然我国幅员辽阔,江河众多,但由于我国人口众多,因此人均水占有量仅居世界第84位,是世界上13个贫水国之一。我国有300个城市缺水,近50个城市严重缺水,18个沿海城市中14个缺水。中国也正面临着一场严重
的水危机,并且有不少地方出现过水荒。请听听这些数字:1988年夏天,武汉市居民强行开启50个消防栓,取水使用。1989年,曾有“八水绕长安”之誉的西安市,断水面积达27平方公里,根据相关部门的水资源报告,水资源相对丰富的云南省昆明市地下水水位正在以年均水位降幅0。11米,0。31米的速度下降。这一个个可怕的事实,这一个个惊人的数字,难道还不能引起我们的重视吗?
一方面是水资源的严重匮乏,另一方面是人们大量地浪费水资源。我们身边就有这样的现象,如学校各个厕所的水池,总时长看到一些水龙头总是开着的,许多同学课间到那里洗手,有时洗完手不关水龙头或关不紧,任由水哗哗的流淌,这就浪费了许多的水。还有许多的同学接的纯净水没喝完就倒了,还有同学开着水龙头洗脸、刷牙等。可是,同学们如果我们还不对水资源加强保护、还不节约用水,那么水资源被我们消耗殆尽的日子马上就会到来。
同学们为了不让世界上的最后一滴水成为我们人类的眼泪,请从现在起开始节约用水,合理高效地利用水,保护水资源,爱护水环境吧。让我们养成随手关好水龙头,把水放在盆里洗脸,洗菜;不向江河湖泊中丢垃圾,自觉保护水环境,呼吁社会多种草植树提高土地的水涵养力。总之让我们立即行动起来保护水资源吧。

水是生命之源,是万事万物赖以生存的基础。长期以来,人们认为水是“取之不尽,用之不竭”的,没有意识到节约用水的重要性。事实上,全世界的淡水只占所有水资源7%,而可以饮用的淡水只有0.8%,世界80个国家正面临着水危机,发展中国家约有10亿人喝不到清洁的水,17亿人没有良好的卫生设施,每年约有2500万人死于饮用不清洁的水。
我国人均水资源拥有量仅为世界平均水平的1/4,属于水资源紧缺的国家。目前全国2/3的大中城市面临缺水。在中国的北方,尤其是西北水资源奇缺,沙漠化、半沙漠化的趋势越来越明显,水危机已经严重制约了人类的可持续发展。济南市虽有泉城之誉,但也属水资源紧缺的城市之一,水资源不足始终困绕着美丽的泉城,节水保泉无时不牵动着每一个人的心。我国于2002年1月颁布新水法,明确规定“国家实行计划用水,厉行节约用水”。
为积极落实新水法,建设节约型校园,提高节水、保水意识,我们向全体教职员工和广大同学发出倡议:
一、充分认识节约用水的重要性和紧迫性,提高节水意识,大力宣传节约用水对国民经济建设及居民生活稳定的重要性,在全院形成“节约用水光荣,浪费用水可耻”的良好氛围。
二、树立正确的用水观念、科学的用水态度和合理的用水方式,从我做起,从现在做起,身体力行,勤俭节约,杜绝“跑、冒、漏、滴”等现象的发生。
三、用水时避免大开水龙头,减少水的流量,要使用脸盆洗脸、洗手。用完水后要及时拧紧水龙头,避免长流水现象。
四、节约淋浴用水,缩短淋浴时间。坚持使用节水设备,鼓励职工对节水技术、节水器具进行研究改进。对于用水量较大的绿化及生活用水提倡一水多用,分质使用,将水耗降至最低。
