第11周,由教务处牵头,学校行政负责和各教研组长、备课组长一起对全校教师的备课本进行了一次检查,现分各教研组将检查情况反馈如下:
语文组:
此次备课充分体现以下特点:
教师占有大量备课资料,注重对文本的“吃透”,教案详尽,备课量充分。在集体备课的基础上进行修改,体现出教师的个人的风格和对学生认知、理解程度的把握,课后反思体现出教师对教材的深入研究。
预初年级在备课组长朱洁萍老师的带领下,强调对课的教学过程进行精雕细刻,有时一堂课的修改不少于5至6次,才有“精品”的诞生,这次她们组在督导中的表现就是实证,我们期待她们在教学质量上的突破。
初一年级备课组融合个人的特长,充分体现出细致、全面的特点,注重对学生能力的培养和训练。特别让人感动的是费春娥老师跨年级教学,备课也一点不含糊。
初二年级备课组在作文教学中领先一步。由陈志良老师领头对二期新课程下的作文教学进行研究,他们根据单元重点增加作文素材,精心设计训练内容,我们期待他们的作文教学研究能开花结果。
初三年级备课组在老教师的带领下秣马厉兵。她们分析中考题型的变化,找出学生存在的不足,精心设计训练题目,早日备战中考。
当然,“金无足赤”,尽管在这次的督导中我们语文组的备课工作受到教研员的好评,但我们清醒地看到我们还需精益求精,近阶段努力的方向是:1、建议对新教材的每课后的学习建议要加以充分地重视和落实,不要浪费现有的课本资源。2、课堂教学设计中,特别是高年级,要注重对个别后进生的关注。
数学组:
从备课本检查中可看出各备课组教师都拥有一定量的备课资料,能结合网络资源,不但注重备教材,还注重备学生。教案详尽,备课量充分。能在集体备课的基础上进行个人修改,体现出教师的个人的风格及对不同的学生的实际情况所进行的练习配套题的增补,课后反思与心得体现出教师对教材的研究及教学中出现的问题作些补充说明以便更好地为下一阶段的教学服务。
预初年级在备课组长张燕蓉老师的带领下,重点对教学过程进行合理的设计,充分体现了新教材的理念与要求。大部分老师每节课都有比较详细的反思;杨加老师对习题的补充修改处理得较好。
初一年级备课组备课认真,注重教学环节的设计,注重对学生能力的培养和训练。特别让人感动的是新老师李家臻、年轻教师李梅,虽然刚踏上工作岗位不久,但她们的备课字迹清晰,每个环节一点不含糊,包括师生的活动及详细的反思。李梅的还有教师设计意图,可见她对教学的热爱与执著。也体现了组长卢璐
亚对组员的关心与帮助。
初二年级备课组在邹炳老师领头下对二期新课程下的教学进行研究,由于他们是第一届实施新教材的,他们在无现成的资料作后盾的基础上,精心设计教学内容,目标清晰合理,重点、难点突出。
初三年级备课组在各位老师在组长卢少华的带领下,充分融合个人的特长,齐心合力,他们分析中考题型的变化,找出学生存在的不足,精心设计训练题目,设计有层次、作业布置多样性。
当然也存在着一些不足,即下阶段努力的方向:1、书写仍然需要规范;2、个别老师的课后反思仍需加强;3、课堂教学设计中,要注重对个别后进生的关注。
英语组:
好的方面:
1。教案书写详细,认真,能根据课时计划及时完成教案,并有提前两周的量。能根据自己班级实际情况在集体备课教案的基础上做适当的修改和调整。 2。大部分教师课后反思详细、具体、能有的放矢。
3。教师教学设计中能体现新理念,合理运用多媒体辅助教学。 4。教案规范,完整,环节清晰,操作性强。
5。大部教案能体现三维目标:知识目标、能力目标和情感目标;能体现教学方
式、学习方式等。
不足之处:
。课后反思中,部分教师只写了这节课的做法,把课后反思写成了课堂内容小1
结。反思应当写出收获、不足及改进措施。有的反思比较笼统,空洞、对任
何一节课都适用,缺乏针对性。
2。部分教案教学目标较笼统,未体现三维目标。
3。部分教案回家作业设计较简单,有的与教学内容并无多大关系,设计不够合
理,且无预习作业的体现。
4。教案中未体现教学手段的多样化。
5。有一位老师备课量不足,教学反思大部分未写。
6。大部分教案在德育渗透方面未能在教案上充分体现。
7。有几位老师后期教案打印,未手写。
理化信科教研组:
化学:备课课时量充足,三维目标明确、重点、难点能充分体现在备课的教案中,教学过程设计流畅,注重二期课改观念,备教师的同时,也备学生,教案中,既有集体智慧的结晶,也有自自教学特点的体现。
建议:作业分层化应体现在备课中。
物理:能充分体现新教材的特点,突出了以学生活动为中心的设计方案,教学手段应用多样化,作业设计具有层次性。
建议:期中考试后改用图表式备物理教案。
信息技术:能充分落实教师主导与学生主体作用相结合,突出了学生在教学活动中的主动性、活动性、开放性和创造性,教学目标明确,重点、难点清楚、明了,教学手段应用先进。
建议:教学反思:一部分不能体现在教案上。
科学:三维目标明确,重点突出,能充分利用多媒体,并借助实验来提高学生学习的兴趣,备课时,充分体现了新教材的理念,教学过程设计体现了低年级学生的特点——有趣、生动。
建议:全部用图表来备课。
本组内备课较好的教师是沈依红(化学)、王丽杰(物理)、金维娟(科学)、陆伟忠(信息科技)。
政、史、心、地、生、探究组:
根据校有关检查要求,各备课组交换检查备课笔记,经过大家认真、仔细的检查。本次检查反映了政、史、心、地、生、探究组教师的备课情况总体来说很好,绝大部分教师都达到了“优”,都完成了备课量,很多老师超额完成了备课任务;从备课内容来看,基本上都能做到依照三维目标来设定教学要求,有教学重点难点,教学过程设计详细,作业布置与课前预习也能考虑到,教学设计中能有机渗透德育内容,并注重通过信息技术等形式提高教学效果;在教学设计最后也留有反思的部分,因此,总体上备课质量是较高的。
但是,在检查中我们也发现了一些有待改进的问题,如:个别教师三维目标不明确;有些教师在备课时没有考虑到学生课前预习的内容,个别教师的课后反思在教案中也没有体现。这些问题必须及时改进并在今后的备课中加以注意。
艺体组:
1、优点:
各老师的教案都达到了应有的备课时量,而且书写认真,条理清晰,重点、难点分析透彻。特别是陈卫红老师在教案中的重、难点分析比较有针对性。课后小结也都能反映出教案实施过程中的一些情况和不足。音乐、美术的老师在教案中还能体现利用多媒体进行课堂教学。
2、不足:
在教案中德育部分的教育还相对缺少,建议以后能在教案中能有多的体现。
通过检查,我们欣喜地看见了许多教师备课认真,备教材,备学生,备课中融入了自己的特色,体现了“二期课改”的理念,同时各个备课组的集体备课也基本到位。但在检查中也发现一些不足,如:特别精彩的教案不多、个别教师备课的提前量不够、网上下载的教案
不做任何修改、教学反思不写等等。为了做好备课这一教学环节,更为了提高课堂教学的实效性,故对下阶段备课提出下列要求:
1、 工作3年以内的青年教师一定要备详案,请各备课组长和带教
老师一定要关注这些教师,。
2、 应在集体备课的基础上,根据所教班的学生情况修改,形成自
己的授课教案,书写在下发的统一备课笔记上。
3、 使用新教材的学科,备课中应根据新教材的备课要求和特点备
课。
4、 要关注整册教材,要有2周的提前量。
5、 每节课上完后,应及时写好教学反思并修改教案。
任何事物都是在不断改进、补充中完善的,教师的教案也不可能都很完美,只要我们每位教师不断摸索和改进,以“学生发展为本”为立足点,相信在下次的教案检查中会出现更多的亮点。

备课检查工作反馈
根据学校工作安排,由教导处牵头,各教研组长和校委会具体执行的校备课常规检查于10月16日进行,对全校教师的备课情况进行了检查,现将检查结果公布如下:
一(肯定之处
每位教师都在规定的时间内及时地上交了备课本,教研组长能以身作则以优质的教案引领全组教师,起到表率作用。
1.认真分析了教材。在教案编写之前能对教材进行认真分析,在单元教学前有单元分析、在课时教学前有具体的教材分析。
2.教学目标明确。所有教师的教案都能根据教学实际制定合理的教学目标,并能在教学过程中去体现、落实。
3.教学反思及时、有效。每位教师都进行了及时的教学反思,并且能结合教学实际,说出实际课堂教学中的成与败,教学反思的撰写扎实而又有效。
4.大部分教师备课态度认真。页面整洁、清楚、美观,有的还用不同颜色的笔标出了不同的内容和需要突出的地方,使得备课内容直观形象,一目了然,而且小部分教师还有二次备课的痕迹。
5.在备课过程中,对于自己比较熟悉的课程,大部分教师能认真比较筛选,并结合学生的实际,努力尝试着确立最佳的教学目标和教学重难点,备切合实际的课。
6.绝大多数老师能从教学目标的确立,到教学的重、难点,情境的导入,环节的安排,课堂小结,板书的设计,作业的布置等方面肯动脑筋,认真设计,整个过程的安排清楚、完整、得当、严密。能重视问题的设计,教学过程几个环节的处理扣得较好。
7(语文组的教案特殊,教学进度正常,备课及时,能提前备课,熟悉教案。高段教师还在自己的教本里进行备课,在课文里批注的较多,更有利于对教案进行深化,提高课堂教学效率。
二(商榷之处:
1(个别教师的备课基本是课本内容提要的罗列,或是一些教学过程、要点的概括,缺少教学内容如何落实、实施的设计。有的缺少“学生活动”内容,个别教案还过于简单,没有写学情分析。
2(部分课教学目标的确立还缺少与学生实际的结合,针对性不强,教学过程中重点如何突出,难点怎样突破没有体现。
3(有的备课本的板书设计还有待完善。
4.有了现成的教案,个体的思考可能就少了,对教学的调整相对较少,至于教案实施过程中出现的问题及效果如何没有及时详尽地进行记录。
5(有些教师把反思当成了课堂小结,缺乏高度。
6.电子文档的教案备课需要花费更多的时间,不少教案仍然出现不少的差错。
7.有的内容安排的不是非常的科学和合理。
三(改进建议:
1(提倡教师抓好教学重点难点的解决,提高教学的有效性。
2(提倡教师敢于开发教材,创新使用教材,提倡教师灵活渗透学法指导。
3(提倡教师反思完善教案。上课后,如发现有更多好的上课思路、方法应及时写在备课本上,补上去,或修改好,使下次上课更完美。

教导处对老师的教案于第四周对所有教师的备课进行一次全面的检查、评价。
一、主要情况
1、本次备课检查,教师上交教案及时。其中初二组的备课质量较好,张秀敏、刘冬梅、张莉教师的教案学的工整,教学内容充实,教法适当,教学设计合理。
2、大部分教师制订的学科教学计划,单元计划全面、具体,教学内容安排妥当,其中体育组的田立华教师的教案学的比较详细具体。
3、教学过程设计完整,详略得当,教学思路较清晰,并注重了学法指导。
4、教学设计意图、反思有一定的量。
5、备课量充分。都有超前意识。
二、存在问题:
1、 新课标的“三维目标”体现不够充分,教学设计意图、反思的撰写缺乏深度。有的只留于形式。尤其是针对课堂教学中出现的问题进行分析,没有起到实实在在的反思作用。
2、 单元测试的学生成绩没有作好记载。
三、指导方法
1、 教导处要加强教师开展专题性的理论学习,为教师业务学习提供方便,服务到位,指导有力。
2、 加大“走出去,请进来”的力度,充分挖掘教育资源,凸现“专业引领”在教师成长中的积极作用。
3、 开展备课,撰写教学反思的专项校本培训活动。
4、加强检查与考核的力度,进一步提出教师工作责任心。
5、重新提出以下备课要求:
备好课是上好课的前提。备课以个人为主、集体为辅。
1、教师要通过备课实现四个转化
① 通过钻研教材,把教材中的知识转化为教师自己的知识;
② 通过钻研教材,掌握教学三维目的要求和重点,从而转化为教师
的教学指导思想;
③ 通过研究教学三维目的、教学内容和学生实际找到使教学内容适应学生接受能力,促进学生发展的途径,从而转化为教师所掌握的教学方法。
④ 通过备课把健康教育与二期课改的理念落实到各个教学环节中,并通过上课转化为教学行为。
2、备课基本要求
① 研究教材 。认真钻研教材,理清知识体系,准确理解重点、难点,确定能力水平,制定教学三维目标。
② 研究学生 。深入了解不同层次学生的学习基础和思想状况。选准本课的起点和基点。使分层教学渗透到教学的每一个环节。
③ 研究习题 。精心选择和设计训练题、练习题。题目要紧扣大纲、教材和学生实际。要有深度和广度,有变式、有层次,体现因材施教,分层教学。
④ 研究德育渗透 。要找出教材的德育渗透点,明确教材内容与德育渗透的结合点。
⑤ 研究教法和学法指导 。教师要根据自身的优势和特长,学生现有的基础,选择恰当的教法。并指导学法。
⑥ 制定教案 。教案应有明确具体的三维目的要求、重点、难点、教学过程(包括知识能力要求、重点、难点处理方法、教学手段、体现教育因素、教学小结等),保证数量和质量的练习作业、板书设计等。 ⑦授完好课后及时反思自己的教学行为。尤其是针对课堂教学或学生作业中出现的问题进行具体剖析,以提高自己的教学能力。教学反思不少于总课时的三分之一。
语文备课检查情况反馈
一、整体优点:
多数教师备课认真,尤其是黄祖洪和辛萍两位教师手写教案。老师们的备课较好的落实了语文课程标准。其中,对朗读的指导和训练、语言文字的积累、写作方法的指导、对信息的搜集和处理能力在老师们的教案中都有不同程度的体现。
二、存在的问题和改进措施:
1、个别教师部分课文备课过简,建议老师们针对教材特点和执教学生实际备详案。必须写单元计划。
2、本次检查有5位教师教案雷同,建议老师们在集备的基础上,进行适合自己特色的个性化备课。
3、1名教师完全使用他人教案,课后小结全部写完。
三、具体检查情况反馈:
刘畅:符合新课标理念,注重对读的指导,但个别课文备课过简,建议备详案。
王连元:备课很详细,条理清楚,建议多在高年级教学中进行自主、合作、探究的训练。
单丹:作为一名新教师能够备详案,而且注重学生的自主体验,较好的体现了“以生为本”的理念,希望在实际课堂教学中能够很好的贯彻执行。
杨素玉:注重对学生进行阅读能力的培养和语文课外拓展延伸的训练,较好的体现了“大语文”的教育观念。但个别课文备课过简,建议备详案。
陈贵宝:备课详细、认真,注重联系学生的生活实际进行教学,很好的体现了“语文即生活、生活即语文”的教育理念,符合低年级段学生的认知规律。
崔伟:注重对学生进行个性化阅读教学,建议今后备课时能在集备的基础上进行符合自身特点的个性化备课。
王丹丹:备课详细、注重对学情的分析,尊重学生认知规律,建议今后备课时能在集备的基础上进行符合自身特点的个性化备课。 刘畅:注重对语言文字的分析与理解教学规律,其认真态度值得每一位青年教师学习。
集体备课检查情况反馈
开学初,教导处组织行政人员和骨干教师对所有的备课进行了全面细致的检查,检查结果通报如下:

通过检查,发现本次集体备课稿具有以下特点:
1、大多数备课能充分利用原先的备课资源,进行细致有效的重构;
2、能根据学生的特点和文本特点设计教学活动,活动设计具体详细,可操作性强;
3、一些老师的备课设计理念新,设计意图清晰,版块结构清晰。 同时,在以下一些方面还有待努力:
4、部分年级的备课格式不统一,新旧备课格式同时存在,排版上不够美观,整体显得不够规范;
5、老师们都关注了三维目标的制定,但目标过于笼统、泛化,缺乏对课时内容的针对性,可检测性不强;
6、绝大多数老师的“学生分析”不规范,不实事求是,不具体,没有针对性,显然对这一方面没有深入思考;
7、备课力量使用不均。数学新授课详细、复习课简单;语文第一课时的设计过于简单;术课课时不全,一些老师在备课中会跳过一些课时内容。
希各位老师努力矫正自己备课中的不足。

作业检查情况反馈
一、基本情况: 根据教务科本学期工作安排,于3月9日对全体橇课教师的作业进行了检查。
1、检查的范围:每科每班10本;
2、2、检查形式:任课教师自行推荐;
3、检查方式:由教务科对每本作业详细检查。
二、主要亮点:
1、 多数教师能根据班级实际,精心设计作业,练习量适当。
2、 大部分教师能做到及时批改、及时订正反馈。
3、 大部分学生的书写比较工整,格式统一规范。
三、存在问题:
1、个别老师对学生的作业要求不严格。如有的学生写字不规范、有个别漏题不做、错题没有及时改正等现象的存在。
2、个别教师批改粗略。如填空题、判断题、选择题批改时一页一个大对号,批改不详细。
3、个别教师的作业没有及时批改。如个别学生因各种原因上次未交作业,当下次交作业时,教师没有及时批改上次漏掉的作业。这就像老师上课一样,今天有事没有给学生上课,那么你下次上课时一定会将上节课的内容补上,不会漏掉这节课不讲,这是同样的道理。
4、个别作业批改缺少日期。如有时几课作业的批改只有一个日期,检查者会认为老师不是一课一改,而是几课一改,这样就等同于批改不及时。
5、批改作业缺少鼓励性语言。
6、没有体现二次批改。学生的错题是改正了,可是老师没有再批改。
四、对今后作业批改提出下列要求:
1、作业布置要有目的,习题要精选,作业量要适当;
2、必须坚持做到一课一批改,而且每次批改都要有日期,最好能给学生一些鼓励性的语言;
3、各任课教师要及时对作业进行讲评,存在问题多的要拿出来单独评,并且要把好订正关。
