范文四：心脏四个基本摄片位示意图
（一）后前位（Posteroanterior view ,简称PA ）
患者直立，前胸壁紧贴片匣，X 线由后向前投照。摄片时吞钡。心右缘下段较圆，为右心房；上段为升主动脉与上腔静脉的复合影，中年和老年人因主动脉硬化增宽，延长，该段可由升主动脉构成。深吸气时，心脏右下缘下方还可见小的三角形影，为下腔静脉。心左缘自上而下有三个比较隆凸的弧弓，依次为主动脉结，肺动脉段和左室。主动脉结为主动脉降部的起始段，随年龄增长而突出。肺动脉段亦称肺动脉干，由肺动脉总干构成，正常时凹平或微凸，其下方有左心耳参与。由于左室外突，肺动脉段显得比较凹陷，称为心腰。透视见左心室搏动与大血管相反，在心腰构成反向搏动点。心尖在第三弧的外下端，由左心室与右心室邻接部构成，正常时居横膈平面的附近。心脏各弧弓之间无明确之界限，应根据各弧的不同方向来识别。
（二）右前斜位（Rght anterior oblique view,简称RAO ）
患者直位，右前胸靠片匣，身体与片匣成45o ～50o 角。X 线从患者左后投向右前，摄片时吞钡，前缘自上而下为升主动脉，肺动脉段，肺动脉圆锥，右室或左室视投照角度大小而定。肺动脉圆锥亦称右心室圆锥，是右心室接近肺动脉瓣的部分，亦即右心室漏斗部，心脏与前胸壁之间的倒置三角形透光区称心前间隙。后缘自上而下为左房，右房及下腔静脉，心脏与脊柱之间的透明区为心后间隙，食管为心后间隙内的主要结构，紧靠左房后方。正常时此段食管可有轻微压迹，但决无移位。食管下端及胃气泡偏居前方，为识别右前斜位的标志。
（三）左前斜位（Left anterior oblique view,简称LAO ）
患者直立，左前胸靠片匣，身体与片匣约成60o 角，摄片时吞钡。X 线从患者右后投向左前。前缘自上而下为升主动脉，右房及右室。后缘上为左房，下为左室。正常左室一般不与脊柱重迭或重迭不超过椎体的1/3，旋转角如在60o 以上，则左室与脊柱阴影分开。室间沟为室间隔的下界，在透视下，让病人深吸气，可显示为浅压迹。心影上方的弓形密影是主动脉弓，向前上行为升主动脉，向后下行为降主动脉。主动脉弓的下方与心影之间的透明区称主动脉窗，其间有气管，支气管和肺动脉阴影。食管下端及胃泡偏居后部，为识别左前斜位的标志。
（四）左侧位（Left lateral view）
患者直立，左侧侧胸壁靠片匣，同时吞钡，X 线从病人右侧投向左侧。心前缘全部为右室，后缘下部为左室，上部为左房。食管在左房平面有浅的压迹，无移位。心后缘最下段（即下腔静脉）与食管之间一透明间隙，左室增大时此间隙可消失。

一般桥台承台以上的部位为背墙，在背墙两侧呈倒三角形的为耳墙，就像是人的耳朵一样，分布在两侧。耳墙和背墙由于紧挨在一起的所以就连起来一块说了。

用于防止桥端连接部分的沉降而采取的措施。它搁置在桥台或悬臂梁板端部和填土之间，随着填土的沉降而能够转动。车辆行驶时可起到缓冲作用，即使台背填土沉降也不至于产生凹凸不平。
系梁尺寸比较小，主要是为了把两个桩或墩连成整体受力。
围堰是指在水利工程建设中，为建造永久性水利设施，修建的临时性围护结构。其作用是防止水和土进入建筑物的修建位置，以便在围堰内排水，开挖基坑，修筑建筑物。一般主要用于水工建筑中，除作为正式建筑物的一部分外，围堰一般在用完后拆除。围堰高度高于施工期内可能出现的最高水位。
为增加板的刚度，要在板的一侧增加一些小梁。这样配筋后浇注的钢筋混凝土板，就叫做加肋板。如果肋的条数多，则叫做密肋板。因为在板的受拉一侧，小梁是凸出的，故叫做肋。
耳墙，在埋置式桥台中一般承台以上的部位为背墙，在背墙两侧与台帽或盖梁两端连接，呈倒三角形的小型挡土墙为耳墙，就像是人的耳朵一样，分布在两侧
桥台，位于桥梁两端，支承桥梁上部结构并和路堤相衔接的建筑物。其功能除传递桥梁上部结构的荷载到基础外。还具有抵挡台后的填土压力、稳定桥头路基、使桥头线路和桥上线路可靠而平稳地连接的作用。桥台一般是石砌或素混凝土结构，轻型桥台则采用钢筋混凝土结构。在岸边或桥孔尽端介于桥梁与路堤连接处的支撑结构物。它起着支撑上部结构和连接两岸道路同时还要挡住桥台背后填土的作用。桥台具有多种形式，主要分为重力式桥台、轻型桥台、框架式桥台、组合式桥台、承拉桥台等。
耳背墙就是U台中两边的侧墙，在桥台的后边的两侧(可起到安全的作用， 和桥台连接一起，还能起支撑桥头搭板的作用。
相当于增加个支点。一般是指用于钢筋混凝土薄壁或桩柱式桥台上的构件。背墙在台帽上横桥向布置，背墙顶上与桥主梁端形成伸缩缝。耳墙位于钢筋混凝土薄壁或桩柱式桥台背墙两端，形如两只大耳朵。用途是约束台背土体，防止土体下沉变形导致桥头跳车现象。
U型桥台因其台身是由前墙和两个侧墙构成的U字形结构而得名。
其优点是构造简单，可以用混凝土或片，块石砌筑，适用于填土高度在8-11M以下或跨度稍大的桥梁;缺点是桥台体积和自重较大，也增加了对基底的要求。此外，桥台的两个侧墙之间填土容易积水，结冰后冻胀，使侧墙产生裂缝。所以宜用渗水性好的土夯实，并做好台后排水措施。

桥梁墩台是桥墩和桥台的合称。桥墩位于相邻桥跨之间，桥台位于桥梁两端。桥台后端伸入路基，兼有挡住桥头路基填土以及连接路基和桥跨的作用。桥墩、桥台和桥梁基础又统称为桥梁下部结构。
桥墩主要由顶帽、墩身组成。桥台主要由顶帽、台身组成。顶帽的作用是把桥跨支座传来的较大而集中的力，分散而匀称地传给墩身和台身。因此顶帽应采用强度较高的材料建筑，一般用不低于 200级钢筋混凝土建筑，且厚度不小于40厘米。此外，顶帽还须有较大的平
面尺寸，为施工架梁及养护维修提供必要的工作面。墩身和台身是支承桥跨的主体结构，不仅承受桥跨结构传来的全部荷载，而且还直接承受土压力、水流冲击力、冰压力、船舶撞击力等多种荷载，所以墩身和台身都具有足够的强度、刚度和稳定性。铁路桥梁墩台有重力式墩台和轻型墩台两类。
