八、活动流程：

1、在校集合出发前集中志愿者清点人数，交代细节

2、依据自愿原则，志愿者可以自带礼物送给老人

3、到敬老院后把我们的礼物送给老人（在院长的带领下）

4、各位志愿者按照既定安排展开工作：

（一）、陪老人聊天（聊天内容可以介绍一些健康的知识，比如流行性感冒的预防，季节锻炼注意事项

（二）、文艺表演：共同唱红歌、京剧，陪老人下棋、打牌，等等

5、组织志愿者和老人及院里的工作人员合影留念，给老人照一张全家福

6、清点人数，集体回校

7、活动后各志愿者要及时上交活动心得，团委一起做好整理和后期活动的总结报告

1、行为举止要大方，注意措辞用语

联系老人家人，安排老人来上大社区，把老人进行具体分工，根据调查问卷结给他们讲解故事，听他们诉说自己的往果把他们安排好。给老人配备联系人，事有事情就让他们直接找联系人就行，组

织小节目(但要注意老年人身体情况) ? 1月10~11日

活动当天要求

帮老人打扫卫生，整理家务;

陪老人看电视，讲讲自己在学校的趣事，让老人开开心心的; 陪老人去外面透气，散步，最好带老人一起去公园逛逛

◎对于空巢，孤寡老人，我们要与他们每一个人进行交谈，我们要做好接力的工作，进行多对一的帮助，在这两天还要进行以后的志愿者接力分工工作。让他们以后生活幸福，所以特别制定了在这次之后的帮扶老人的计划。 1. 生活照料。

回去后每个志愿者写份自己的心得，并且最后汇总讨论总结，并且把做得好的和不好的方面进行分析

五:宣传方式

1、首先在上大乐乎、校内网宣传并招收志愿者

2、制作KT板，传单

3、志愿者去各班宣传

六:需要支持

首先需要上海大学理学院团委(因为我是理学院的)给以支持，让学生能够有说服力的去向别的院系招收学艺术类，法律类的志愿者。

需要资金支持，预算(KT板30元，传单10元，小礼物300元，志愿者车费自付)
