I am heavily sick today, my doctor told me that I need to have a rest, lying on bed. I will go to work if I can recover in a couple of days.

i would like to request few days leave of absence. i do not feel well as i got a bad cold and fever. the doctor told me to stay in bed for two days. so i can't go school and ask for leave. the attachment is the certificate of diagnosis. thank you for your consideration of my request. i will go back to school later.
