新闻稿 新闻稿是公司/机构/政府/学校等单位发送予传媒的通信渠道,以公布有新闻价值的消息。
通常会用电子邮件、传真、书信(电脑打印)形式分发予报章、杂志、电台、电视台(电视网络)、通讯社的编辑,亦有专业公司提供分发商业新闻稿的服务。
不少新闻稿是通知各大传媒有关记者招待会的消息。
新闻稿异于新闻。
新闻是由新闻记者撰写的事实陈述,并在媒体上出版;而新闻稿是鼓励新闻记者在该题材上撰写新闻的稿件。
新闻稿格式 新闻稿的格式有很多,而且都是在新闻事业的发展过程中不断摸索出来的,不同时期格式也不一样。
一种是源于美国新闻界的“倒金字塔”式,这种格式由于迎合了受众的接受心理,于是得到了普遍的模仿,现在中国的很多都市报所使用的都是这种格式。
基本格式(除了标题)是:先在导语中写一个新闻事件中最有新闻价值的部分(新闻价值通俗来讲就是新闻中那些最突出,最新奇,最能吸引受众的部分),比如一场球赛刚刚结束,观众/读者/听众们最想知道的是结果,或者是某个球员的发挥情况,就先从这里写起。
其次,在报道主体中按照事件各个要素的重要程度,依次递减写下来,最后面的是最不重要的。
同时注意,一个段落只写一个事件要素,不能一段到底。
因为这种格式不是符合事件发展的基本时间顺序,所以在写作时要尽量从受众的角度出发来构思,按受众对事件重要程度的认识来安排事件要素。
因而需要长期的实践经验和宏观的对于受众的认识。
另一种是一个中外结合体——新华体。
我们国家的新闻报道一般是遵循时间顺序,但是这种“讲故事”的写法已经不适合受众的阅读习惯(一般人没有时间听你讲长篇大论),所以“新华体”在吸收中外新闻报道之长的情况下诞生了。
基本格式(除了标题)是:先把事件中最重要的部分在导语中简明地体现出来。
其次,在第二段进一步具体阐述导语中的这个重要部分,形成支持,不至于使受众在接受时形成心理落差。
因而,第二段实际上是一个过渡性段落。
再次,按照事件发展的时间顺序把“故事”讲下来。
以上是比较常见的消息报道的格式。
标题对于新闻报道很重要,甚至都出现了一个标题就是一条报道的情况。
因而,标题要提炼新闻事件的“精华”,把最吸引人的地方体现出来,同时要简洁。
如果需要可以在主标题前加上引题,在其后加上副题。
如果要写作比较长篇的调查性报道、深度报道,就要注意在文中按照事件叙述明晰的需要,适当加一些小的标题,以概括一个部分的内容,便于受众阅读(针对印刷媒体而言)。
补充一点,最近很流行一种叫做“华尔街日报体”(DEE)的格式,这个格式的主要特点就是在文首特写新闻事件中的一个“镜头”,一般是以一个人的言行为主,从而引出整个的新闻报道,比如央行关于房贷要加息的消息,新闻报道就可以从一个普通市民的住房贷款行为写起,比较能贴近实际,贴近群众,贴近生活。
除上述之外,要注意一些细节,比如文首要加电头,像“本报讯”;文中要尽量使用直接引语,尽量少地进行记者的观点表达;行文要流畅,不要艰涩等等。
最后,新闻报道实际上是一个很个性化和组织化的行为,个人可以有个人的特点,一个报纸可以有自己的原则。
但是有一点不能放弃,就是任何格式都要以最快、最简洁、最能满足受众需要的格式去写,这是新闻报道的“真理”。

最好还是不要问了,我们公司招聘时好多象你这种情况的,印象上先就打了个折扣,而且就算问了,也不一定是真实的薪水,他只告诉你基本工资是多少,但实际上还有其它补贴,在我们公司补贴(不是奖金)就占工资的一小半。

同知有多种类型 (1) 一般性的通知,若是针对某个集体的全部人员,又不是每一个人必须了解的事项,可不写称呼;比如,运动会上通知参加百米比赛的选手集中点明时,由于称呼不好写,就直接写通知的内容。
(2) 若是针对某些特定的群体,为避免误会,应在通知的最前面写上称呼;如:全体女工等。
(3) 对某件重要事项做出通知时,为引起所有人的关注,就一定要写上称呼;如:全体同学、全体职工等。
(4) 对特定的某个人,一顶要写上他的名字。

英语的通知可分为两类,即书面通知和口头通知。
写作格式及要求如下: 一、通知的标志 书面通知是书面的正式公告或布告,常常是张贴在显眼的位置,多用notice作标志。
为了醒目起见,标志的每个字母可以用大写NOTICE(但如发出通知的单位以首字母大写形式出现在通知的标志之上,则也要首字母大写形式Notice),并常写在正文上方的正中位置。
标志后可以编号,也可以不编号。
口头通知用Announcement作标志,但通常省略不说。
二、出通知的单位及时间 发出通知的人或单位的名称,一般写在标志的上方或在正文后面的右下角;发出通知的时间要写在正文的左下角,也可按书信格式写正文的右上角。
不过,这两项有时可以省略。
口头通知不说这两项。
三、通知的正文 正文要写明所做事情的具体时间、地点、概括性内容(多为书面通知的首句)、出席对象及有关注意事项。
布置工作的通知要把工作内容和要求写清楚。
正文一般可采用文章式,为了醒目也可采用广告式。
广告式要求简明扼要,一个句子可以写成几行,且尽量写在中间,各行的第一个字母一般都大写。
四、通知的对象 被通知的单位或人一般用第三人称;但如果带有称呼语,则用第二人称表示被通知的对象,口头通知就常用第二人称表示被通知的对象。
涉及要求或注意事项时,也常用第二人称表示被通知的对象(祈使句中常常省略)。
五、通知的文体 书面通知用词贴切,语句简洁,具有书面化;口头通知用词表达要注重口语化。
