关于2010年初级中学教师资格认定教育教学
基本素质和能力测试的安排
为做好全县初级中学教师资格认定教育教学基本素质和能力测试工作,根据《教师法》、《河北省教师资格制度实施细则(试行)》的有关规定,结合我县实际安排如下:
一、测试范围
2010年申请初级中学教师资格认定的通过资格审查的非师范教育类人员。
二、测试时间和地点
时间:2010年11月28日(星期日)上午;
地点:易县第二小学
三、测试内容
本次教育教学基本素质和能力的测试分三部分:教案、试讲和答辩。主要考察申请人的语言表达能力、对课程标准的理解、对教材的把握、对教法的合理选择应用及组织课堂教学的能力,考察其掌握的专业知识、教育理论、教学技能及仪表仪态等方面是否适合担任相应层次、学科的教师工作。
四、组织机构
领导机构:成立以……任组长,其他……、……为成员的领导小组。 测试机构:初级中学教师资格专家审查委员会:
主任:……(一名)
委员: ……、……(若干名)
根据本次测试需要下设四个测试组:外语组、文科组、综合组、 体育组。
每个测试组由3名或3名以上评委组成,评委由教研室根据测试需要从全县抽调,设组长一名,负责本组测试工作。专家审查委员会、测试组受领导小组的领导并对其负责。
六、 测试办法及步骤
(一)交教案:申请人在申请任教学科八年级范围内自选2个试讲题目,并出写相应的教案一试三份务于11月25日前交行政中心文教局窗口。
(二)在测试开始前,组织工作人员学习教师资格认定的有关法律、法规和本次测试安排,熟练掌握测试技能和技巧,强调测试纪律。
每个测试组安排专人对测试过程进行监督。
(三)报到、分组:申请人须在11月28日上午8:00前带身份证到易县二小报到、确认身份,分组并抽签确定说课顺序,过期不到者,视为自动放弃。
(四)试讲。在申请人员上报的2个题目中任意指定一个作为试讲内容。要说清本课时的教学目的、教学内容、重点、难点,教学方法,主要的教学过程,学法指导及设计意图等。时间为15-25分钟,不能低于15分钟。
(五)答辩。专家组组长结合申请人员的教案内容、试讲情况及专
业知识,教学技能等进行提问,测试对象给予回答。答辩题目不少于2个,时间不超过5分钟。
(六)打分。答辩结束后,每位专家根据每一测试对象的教案(20分)、说课(100分)、答辩(30分)情况独立的逐项打分。
(七)测试结果。组长将各评委打分表收回填写测试评价表,交核分员汇总各位评委所给成绩,再除以评委人数所得为该申请人的最后得分,三项满分150分,90分及以上且每项得分不低于该项总分的60%为合格。专家小组根据申请人得分和总体表现拿出定性评价意见,组长签字。再由组长统一交审查委员会决定后予以认定。
七、 严肃测试纪律
各工作人员要严格标准,严格程序,严肃认真地做好教育教学能力的测试工作,在测试过程中,对于违反工作纪律的人员,一经查实,取消其评审专家资格,情节严重的给予通报批评;测试对象弄虚作假的取消测试资格,五年内不再认定其教师资格。
