进一步增强学生的安全防范意识和遵纪守法意识。加强学生的教 育管理。 各班主任切实深入学生内心, 对学生思想状况进行了一次全 面摸排, 重点是学习困难学生, 性格内向或孤僻学生、 单亲家庭学生、 父母关系不好或与父母关系不好学生、 对这些学生逐一谈话, 掌握其

思想动态;对排查出的重点学生,重点谈话,化解矛盾与思想死结; 重点看护,避免恶性事故发生。对学习困难、学习成绩差的学生,老 师们力所能及地给他们提供了帮助。

进一步健全发挥家校学生信息反馈制度,保证信息畅通,对学生 齐抓共管。

三、加强诚信教育,严肃考风考纪

通过主题班会、考前动员等形式,开展以诚信教育为重点的考风 考纪宣传教育,严肃考风考纪,端正考试态度,努力营造“做诚信学 子,树诚信学风”的良好氛围。

强化考试过程管理。我们打算考试期间,督促老师们严格监考, 级部领导及时巡视考场, 了解考场秩序和学生考试情况, 配合监考教 师严格清场,尽量排除可能导致学生作弊的因素。

善始更要慎终

【老子说】

民之从事，常于几成而败之。慎终如始，则无败事。 （第64章）

意译：人们做事情时，常常在将要成功的时候失败。如果像慎重的对待开始一样对待结束，就不会有失败的事情了。

【解读】

1940年1月15日，中共中央在延安为革命老人吴玉章60岁生日举行庆祝会，**出席并致贺词。在贺词中，**说了这样一句至理名言：“一个人做点好事并不难，难的是一辈子做好事，不做坏事，……艰苦奋斗几十年如一日，这才是最难最难的啊!”这就是说，一个人一定要将一件好的事情坚持做到底，是很难的。老子所说的“民之从事，常于几成而败之”，也是类似的意思，就是说人做事的时候，一开始刚接触，可能小心谨慎，但是在将要完成的时候，可能会放松警惕或骄傲自满，最后把事情搞砸，早期付出的心血也许会付之流水。

俗话说：“行百里者半九十”，就是说做一件事情，实际上最后冲刺阶段非常重要，在冲刺之前所做的事情，即使已经花了90%的力气，也要看作只花了50%，用剩下的50%，把最后这个冲刺做好。

2008年7月，**副主席在香港访问。一次，他和香港记者茶聚。在结束之前，**对大家说，他一天的工作还没有结束，因为需要和其他代表团的成员开会，虽然四个国家的访问达到了预期的效果，但是做事情一定要从头到尾都要好好准备，所以他需要总结一下已经完成的行程，再为接下来的最后一站，也门做好准备。这时，他用“行百里者半九十”来形容自己当时的做法。

“行百里者半九十”是一种做事的态度，真正做到，还需要坚持不懈的恒心。古希腊著名的大哲学家苏格拉底智慧超群，又关爱他人，因此深受当时雅典人的尊重。他深邃的思想，敏捷的思维一直享有很高的声誉。许多人慕名前来向他请教，都期望能够成为像他那样的哲人。这些人天资聪颖，天赋很高，大家济济一堂，聆听苏格拉底有什么高见。一次，苏格拉底竟然对学生们说：“我们今天只学习一件最简单也是最容易的事情，大家都把胳膊尽量往前甩，然后再往后甩。”苏格拉底当众示范了一遍，然后说：“从今天起，每天做300下，大家都能做到么？”学生们忍俊不禁，心想这么简单的事情又有什么难的，谁会做不到呢？

到了第二天，苏格拉底问学生：“谁昨天甩胳膊300下？做到的举手！”学生们都齐刷刷的举起了手，苏格拉底微笑着点点头。一个星期过去了，苏格拉底又问学生，有一大半学生举起了手。一个月后，苏格拉底问学生时，只有一小半学生举起了手。

一年之后，苏格拉底再次问大家：“请告诉我，最简单的甩手动作还有几位同学坚持了？”这时，全部学生中只有一个举起了手，他就是后来成为古希腊著名哲学家的柏拉图。

可见，老子让人们善始慎终的做法不是能轻易做到的，就拿苏格拉底最简单的甩胳膊的简单事情来看，只有柏拉图一个人坚持了下来，那是因为他们做不到么？不是的，只是因为他们没有持之以恒的毅力。老子告诫为政者要善始慎终，也不是轻易就能实现的。法国一位政治家的墓碑上刻着这样一行字：“他的晚年不如他的早年。”这既是人们对他的评价，也暴露出这位政治家的弱点，人民感谢他早年的贡献，也遗憾他晚年的差错。

“慷慨歌燕市，从容作楚囚。引刀成一快，不负少年头。”看到这样的诗句，你会联想到谁？一个慷慨赴义的革命志士。是的，此人写这首诗的时候确实是革命志士，但是他的晚年却遭人唾骂。这首诗的作者是汪精卫，中华民族历史上的著名汉奸之一。汪精卫早年也曾经一腔热血，追随孙中山先生投身民主革命。1910年，面对同盟会发动多次反清起义的失败，汪精卫决意刺杀当时清朝皇帝的父亲，掌握实权的摄政王载沣，来振奋革命阵营的人心士气。然而刺杀行动没有成功，汪精卫被捕。在狱中，他认为一定会被判处死刑，但是全无畏惧，写下了这传诵一时的诗。当然，他后来没有被处死，否则也就成了烈士而不是汉奸了。 汪精卫出狱后，仍然是孙中山的一个重要的追随者，参与了多次重大行动。孙中山去世时，汪精卫还是孙中山遗嘱的执笔人

之一。然而，就是这样一个有着光荣革命经历的人，却在全民族抗战的开始之后，投靠了日本侵略者，做了一个傀儡，沦为令人不齿的汉奸。可以说，他有一个“善始”，却没有做到“慎终”，终于留下了千古骂名。

现在，常有一些勤奋、清廉了大半辈子的领导干部，在临近退休之际违法违纪，甚至身陷囹圄，或被判极刑，一生清名毁于一旦，媒体把这种现象称为“59现象”，又称“最后捞一把”现象。因为根据国家规定，领导干部要在60岁退休，有些领导干部在即将退下来之前，抱着“有权不用，过期作废”的心态，做出违法乱纪的事情来。兰州市原市长张玉舜因受贿而受审期间，就将自己的腐败行为归结为“59”现象：跌落到如此悲惨的地步，根本原因是自己长期身居领导岗位，失去了拒腐防变的免疫力，特别是在快退下来的时候，“59”思想比较严重，在金钱和糖衣炮弹面前打了败仗。

上面说的是从一个人的一生来看，要善始，更要注意慎终。就是从我们日常做事情方面来说，善始慎终也非常重要。有个成语叫做“功败垂成”，就是说在即将成功的时候却遭到了失败。别人只能惋惜，但是自己却要承受失败的后果。有时候，一个人一生只有一次机会去做，若是这一次做不好，便是永远做不好了。所以吗，在做事情的的时候需要尽心尽力，一直保持事情开始时的热情和慎终，才能把事情做好。老子所言的善始慎终，需要的

不仅仅是毅力，更需要的是智谋。如果做到了善始慎终者，才是一种理想的状态，也是大家做事所追求的。

浅谈善始善终习惯的培养

《庄子〃大宗师》中有这样一句话：“善妖善老，善始善终。”用来形容做事情要有好的开头，也有好的结尾。然而，生活中很多人刚刚做某件事时信心百倍，积极肯干。但是，过不了多长时间，就会松懈下来，结果功亏一篑。正如《诗经》所云：“靡不有初，鲜克有终。”究其原因，是没有毅力，没有善始善终的良好习惯。善始善终对于儿童来说更是困难，我们常会听到“老师，XXX没带课本。”“老师，XX忘带作业了。”我们也常会看到打扫过的清洁区里，不是拉下的水壶，就是丢弃的灰斗；还有的孩子做一件事，做着做着，就不做了……不是学生们记性差，也不是孩子们有意要犯错，而是还没有养成善始善终的

好习惯。

我们先来分析一下孩子丢三拉四、虎头蛇尾的形成原因。一是小学生年龄小，好奇心强，注意力容易分散，这些特点往往会妨碍他把一件事自始自终的完成；二是孩子怕吃苦，遇到困难就退缩，父母溺爱，

包办代替，天长日久，孩子渐渐养成了做事半途而废

的坏习惯。

那么如何培养学生善始善终的好习惯呢？ 首先对学生要晓之以理。通过古今中外故事，让学生明白善始善终既是一个人应具备的优秀品格，同时也是一个人成功的关键。我曾经给同学们讲了这样一个故事：故事发生在古希腊，开学第一天，大哲学家苏格拉底对学生说：“今天咱们只学一件最简单也是最容易做的事。每人把胳膊尽量往前甩。”说着，苏格拉底示范了一遍，“从今天开始，每天做300下，大家能做到吗？”学生们都笑了，这么简单的事，有什么做不到的！过了一个月，苏格拉底问学生们：“每天甩300下，哪些同学坚持了？”有90%的同学骄傲地举起了手。又过了一个月，苏格拉底又问，这回，坚持下来的学生只剩下八成。一年后，苏格拉底再一次问大家：“请告诉我，最简单的甩手运动，还有哪几位同学坚持了？”这时，整个教室里，只有一人举起了手。这个学生就是后来成为古希腊另一位大哲学家的柏拉图。讲完后，我让学生谈谈感受。学生很容易明白故事所蕴含的道理：做事要持之以恒，善始善终。成就某一项事业的时候，不少人都有一个良好的开端，但是完整地做到最后的人却少之有少。苏

东坡说过：“古之成大事者，不惟有超世之才，亦必有坚韧不拔之志。”持之以恒，方成大业。让我们做

一个善始善终的人吧！

其次老师要做学生的表率。古语云：“学高为师，身正为范。”“其身正，不令而行，其身不正，虽令不从。”可见教师自身有个好习惯，率先垂范，这就是无声的命令。每天学生都在用最精细的眼神观察着你的一言一行、一举一动，他们模仿着、学习着，往往在你还没有觉察的时候，你的言行举止已经给孩子留下了深刻的印象。比如，我负责的讲台桌，每天早上我都要抹一遍，讲完课要把粉笔放整齐，擦净粉笔屑然后才离去。再如，教给学生打扫清洁区的方法后，学生打扫时依然东张西望，拖拖拉拉。我开始以身示范，然后一连几天监督计时，终于使学生养成了快净的打扫卫生习惯。因此，教师必须以身作则，无论处理什么事情，都要认真、圆满地完成，做学生的

表率。

一个良好习惯的养成不是一蹴而就的，它是一个渐进的过程，需要日积月累。受年龄限制，做每件事都能善始善终那是不可能的。当学生认真完成一件事后，

教师要给予公正及时的评价；当学生不能善始善终时，教师要耐心并艺术地将孩子的注意力吸引和转移过来，继续完成他应该完成的任务。如说：“我相信你还会把事情做完做好的”，使孩子相信自己有能力、有责任承担，只要努力去做就能做好，同时要教他今后还应该怎样做就更好，既使他看到自己潜在的能力，又看到不足之处，以利帮助孩子养成善始善终的做事习惯。我这里有两个典型事例。一个是冬至我们班在学校包饺子，那一次，因为孩子们很感兴趣，再加上计划比较周密，学生从九点半开始一直到十二点半结束，整个过程有条不紊，饭后，锅碗瓢盆收拾得妥妥贴贴，教室打扫得干干净净，同学们皆大欢喜。我及时总结这次活动的收获：这次不仅吃到了饺子，培养了动手能力、合作能力，而且还做到了有始有终。相反，元旦联欢会后，有一部分同学在打扫教室，而有的同学背起书包就想开溜。结果想溜的学生反而回家迟了――留下来整理教室。从而让学生明白：不管做什么事，都善始善终。善始善终的工作，不仅是一种责任，更是一种良好的品行。只有这样，我们才有可能得到成功的青睐。

第四 家校携手从小事抓起。采用家长会、讲座等形式，与家长携手，从小抓起，从小事抓起。中国有

许多优秀的家教传统，譬如家庭的私塾教子弟写字，无论有什么事打扰，也不准写字只写一半。即使这个字写错了，准备涂掉重写，也要将它写完。其中的寓意在于，教育孩子从小养成有始有终的好习惯，将来做事才不会半途而废、轻易放弃。让家长明白，培养孩子善始善终的习惯，是家庭教育的一项重要内容。家长要教育孩子游戏做完了，把玩具收拾整齐；作业做完了，把书本、文具摆放有序，把书桌整理好； 洗完自己的小手绢、袜子。把脸盆摆到架子上，把肥皂放入肥皂盒，把溅到地上的水擦干净。父母要指导监督孩子做事。孩子做事的过程中，父母在关键时刻要给予指导和提示，以防孩子碰到解决不了的问题时灰心丧气。当孩子想不出办法又不愿去想，有偷懒或依赖父母的迹象时，父母不可给予帮助，而应注意说服鼓励。必要时给以批评并监督孩子独立地做完某件事。这样长期坚持下去，孩子的能力提高了，善始善终的习惯也就养成了。
