心脏的解剖结构简述
心位于胸腔内，左右两肺之间。收缩时如本人的拳头大小。心的前上面邻胸骨和肋软骨；后面为食管和胸主动脉；下面紧贴膈肌，上面为进出心脏的上腔静脉、主动脉和肺动脉。心表面有三条沟，冠状沟为心房与心室的表面分界，前、后纵沟为左右心室的表面分界。
心是一个中空的器官，其内部分为四个腔。上部两个为心房，由房中隔分为左心房和右心房；下部两个为心室，由室中隔分为左心室和右心室。左右心房之间，左右心室之间互不相通，而心房与心室之间有房室口相通。
（一）右心房占心脏的右部，有三个入口一个出口。右心房的上方有上腔静脉口，后下方有下腔静脉口，全身的静脉血由此两口入右心房。在下腔静脉口与右房室口之间有冠状窦口，口缘有镰状的冠状窦瓣为界。心壁本身的静脉血由此入右心房。在右心房和右心室相通的地方有一个出口，称右房室口，右心房的血液经此口流入右心室。
（二）右心室占心脏的前部。有一个入口，即右房室口。有一个出口，即它上方的肺动脉口。右房室口的上缘上附着三块三角形的瓣膜称三尖瓣。当心室收缩时，挤压室内血液，血液冲击瓣膜。三尖瓣关闭，血液不倒入右心房。右心室的前上方有肺动脉口，右心室的血液由此送入肺动脉。肺动脉口缘上有三块半月形的瓣膜称肺动脉瓣（半月瓣），当心室舒张时，肺动脉瓣关闭，血液不倒流入右心室。
（三）左心房左心房占心脏的后部。在其后壁上有四个入口，即肺静脉口，每侧各两个。由肺进行气体交换后的新鲜血液，经肺静脉流入左心房。有一个出口称左房室口，血液由左心房经此口流入左心室。
（四）左心室左心室占心脏的左后部，有一个入口，即左房室口，左心房的血液经左房室口入左心室。左房室口有二尖瓣，防止左心室的血液倒流回左心房。在左心室上方有一个出口，即主动脉口，左心室的血液经此口流入主动脉。左心室承担着全身血液输送的功能，所以左心室的肌层较右心室的肌层发达约为右心室壁厚的三倍，左心室的主动脉口也有三个半月瓣，称为主动脉瓣。起着防止主动脉内的血液倒流入左心室的作用。

心脏是中空的肌性器官，位于胸腔的中纵隔内。其外形近似前后略扁的圆锥体，心尖指向左前下方，心底朝向后上方，心的长轴斜行，与人体正中线成45度角。心脏的内部分为右心房、右心室、左心房和左心室四个腔室，心房位于心脏的上部，心室位于下部;两房之间以房间隔，两室之间以室间隔分隔。心房和心室之间经房室口相通;房室口附有房室瓣，右心房、右心室间为三尖瓣，左心房、左心室间为二尖瓣。右心房与上、下腔静脉相接，右心室发出肺动脉;左心房与肺静脉相接，左心室发出主动脉。全身血液经上、下腔静脉回流到右心房，再经三尖瓣进入右心室，由右心室射入肺动脉。肺内血液经肺静脉回流左心房，再经二尖瓣进入左心室，最后由左心室射入主动脉，供应全身组织、器官。
体循环开始于左心室。血液从左心室搏出后，流经主动脉及其派生的若干动脉分支，将血液送入相应的器官。动脉再经多次分支，管径逐渐变细，血管数目逐渐增多，最终到达毛细血管，在此处通过细胞间液同组织细胞进行物质交换。血液中的氧和营养物质被组织吸收，而组织中的二氧化碳和其他代谢产物进入血液中，变动脉血为静脉血。此间静脉管径逐渐变粗，数目逐渐减少，直到最后所有静脉均汇集到上腔静脉和下腔静脉，血液即由此回到左心房，从而完成了体循环过程。
肺循环自右心室开始。静脉血被右心室搏出，经肺动脉到达肺泡周围的毛细血管网，在此排出二氧化碳，吸收新鲜氧气，变静脉血为动脉血，然后再经肺静脉流回左心房。左心房的血再入左心室，又经大循环遍布全身。这样血液通过体循环和肺循环不断地运转，完成了血液循环的重要任务
