黑夜秘语主题活动反思 黑夜秘语主题活动反思《兔子不喜欢夜晚》是主题“黑夜密语”中的一节语言活动。通过欣赏故事情节，能说出白天和黑夜的特点，理解这是大自然的规律，并尝试在辩论中大胆说出自己的想法是这一次活动的目标。
在活动过程中，我先采用了播放故事录音，让孩子倾听故事，并体会和理解故事。然后由老师进行提问相关问题，让孩子来回答。这是语言活动中最简单的一种形式，也显得比较单一，对语言活动过程的效果未必有好处。播放第二遍录音时，幼儿的注意力已经没有第一次来的集中，于是我尝试着让一些能力较强的孩子上台讲述，在讲述中灵活运用动作，也便于其他幼儿的学习和模仿，没想到效果特别的好。
这次的活动是根据本班幼儿的情况，让部分语言发展能力比较好的孩子用故事中好听的语句来大胆表述。作为语言活动，作为教师的我应该有敏锐的观察力，去发掘这些孩子的优势，并给予积极的回应和鼓励，然后引导其他孩子一起学习。在故事中，孩子们客观地对待昼夜现象，并从中领悟它们存在的必要性。在活动中，让幼儿发表不同的意见更好地反映他们自身的体验，并从同伴那里得到符合自身理解水平的不

同意见。正是在这种观点碰撞的过程中，幼儿的认识得到了升华。对于组织活动的老师而言，对比较好的故事，应事先充分理解，吃透故事，了解到故事中所包含的内涵，从积极的方面去引导幼儿学习。这就要老师的引导了。再加上对故事的辩论，又是一个亮点。而且如此一来，师幼互动就更好地体现了。
对于这个活动，我认为首先应该把故事吃透，而不是单纯的记下几个问题，然后抛给孩子。再就是对班内孩子的反应，应该及时采取办法，使他们能尽量融入集体活动中。总之，每个活动的目标是很重要的，目标的制定要适合幼儿发展而且要细化。每个目标应该都是存在一定的价值的，活动才会有所收获。
