柱截面的确定,在高层的情况下,往往是由轴压比控制,而多层不见得是。层数越少,越可能不是轴压比控制。这是个概念问题,首先应当明确。对高层,或者层数较多的多层,,在柱截面估算时,应当先明确几点:混凝土的强度等级、结构的抗震等级、轴压比限值。只有知道这几点,估算轴力才可能确定截面。柱轴力的估算,首先确定每层柱受荷的面积。此部分的面积,可简单的取柱左右,上下,两个跨度之和的一半进行计算。再根据结构型式及活荷载的情况,确定每层的自重。这个自重是个经验值,在各种手册上都有相关的介绍。一般是框架结构14~16KN/m^2,剪力墙结构15~18KN/m^2。值得提醒的是,这里的自重是标准值,而在算柱轴压比时应当采用设计值。最后,对每层的受荷载面积累加并乘以结构的自重,可算出柱轴力,柱轴力除以轴压比限值可得出柱截面面积。
以上情况,仅是对柱截面的估算。最后应当整体的计算结果进行调整。 框架柱截面的估算
1、估算公式:Ac>=Nc/(a*fc)

根据大量的计算数据,摸索出了一个经验公式,在采用二级刚作为梁纵向钢筋时,梁高/弯矩,4.2,4.6是最经济的,如:梁弯矩为120KN/m则梁高,502,552是最省钱的,混凝土不钢筋最省。本经验公式是在C25造价为216元/方,二级钢3200元/t下统计的,如混凝土标号高于C25则可以取靠近4.2的经验值,如低于C25可取靠近4.6的经验值。
在设计中,各位可以照平时建模方法先建模计算一遍,再把弯矩图提出来看看,以一个跨度内的最大弯矩为控制,参照上面的经验公式进行一遍调整,这样设计出来的梁会是最省的。注意不要发生次梁比主梁高的情况。
梁高的小幅度改变对梁线刚度改变很小,梁高调整后再计算的弯矩不第一次的弯矩差值很小,可以忽略。 最后,上述经验公式不适用不一级或三级钢作为梁纵筋的情况。当然梁高的取值还受限于建筑净空要求等其他因素,可以灵活处理。
范文四:柱子截面尺寸确定
柱截面尺寸柱截面尺寸初选,要同时满足最小截面、侧移限值和轴压比等诸多因素影响。一般可通过满足轴压比限值惊醒截面估计。由《建筑抗震规范》(GB50011-2001)第6.3.7条和表6.3.7知,当抗震等级为三级时,框架柱的轴压比最大限值[μN]为0.9。由《混凝土结构设计》教材第281页(4-11)和式(4-12)估算框架柱的截面尺寸:式(4-12)N=βFgEn, 其中N—地震作用组合下柱的轴向压力设计值;β—考虑地震作用组合后柱的轴向压力增大系数,边柱取1.3,等跨内柱取1.2;F—按简支状态计算的柱的负载面积。本设计柱网尺寸大部分为7.5m×7.5m,部分8.4m×8.4m。gE—折算在单位建筑面积上的重力荷载代表值,可近似取12-15KN/ m2 ;在此取gE=12 KN/ m2 。n—演算截面以上楼层层数。由式(4-11) N/(fcAc)≤[μN] 得 Ac ≥N/[μN]×fc由《抗规》知,框架柱按二级抗震等级设计时,其混凝土强度等级不应低于C20。在本设计中框架梁和柱的混凝土强度等级均采用C30。由《建筑抗震设计》教材第四章第七节知矩形截面框架柱的截面尺寸宜符合以下两点要求:截面的宽度和高度均不宜小于300mm;截面长边与短边的边长比不宜大于3。为此,对于首层选用800mm×800mm,部分采用900mm×900mm。对于其他层,考虑到施工方便,柱截面不宜变化太多。通过初步估算以及PKPM验算,最终确定框架的截面尺寸为:首层-八层:选用800mm×800mm,部分采用900mm×900mm。梁截面尺寸框架梁(主梁)截面尺寸:主梁截面高度:h=(1/10~1/12)L=(1/10~1/12)×8400=(840~700)mm,取h=800mm;主梁截面宽度:b=(1/2~1/3)h=(1/2~1/3)×800=(400~267)mm,取b=400mm。次梁截面尺寸(1)大部分房间次梁布置形式采用一字形,则次梁的跨度与主梁相同,L=7500mm。同理,取次梁高度h=600mm;次梁宽度b=300mm。(2)在五层学术报告厅抽柱处采用井字形楼盖,相邻次梁间距为2500mm和2800mm(井字梁间距一般在2米左右)。井字梁截面高度:h=L/16=7500/16=469mm,取h=600mm;井字梁截面宽度:b=(1/2~1/3)h=(1/2~1/3)×600=(300~200)mm,取h=300mm。4.1.3 板厚板厚根据板的跨度而定,次梁布置方式不同,板的跨度也不同,从而板的厚度也不同。混凝土结构设计规范中规定了确定板厚的方法:简支单向板h/L≥1/35;两端连续单向板h/L≥1/40;简支双向板h/L≥1/45;多跨连续双向板h/L≥1/50。为了设计偏于安全,对所有的板厚均按h/L=1/35进行估算。楼梯休息平台板取100mm,其他板厚均采用120mm。
