很多同学曾经跟我抱怨这样的一个问题，平时花费了大量的时间背单词，造句子，背课文，但是真正到了考试的时候，能派上用场并形成亮点的“积累”却寥寥无几。那么，原因是什么,在平时的学习中怎么样才可以避免这样的盲目学习,我们又应该如何让新3的威力发挥到最大呢,今天我们就拿新三中的几个语言点结合考试作文的构思，遣词造句的关系进行一个讲述。
先来说说遣词。在新三的学习中，我们要学习用高级地道的词汇去替换我们以前较低级的用法。举个简单的例子，当大家试图表达“大”这个意思时，首先闪现在脑海中的一定是big, large, huge。然而在三册中有很多关于“大的”表达，例如第10 课的titanic, 17课的Immerse，enormous，19课的considerable, 21课的tremendous。英文表达切忌重复。因此，在新三的课文中，我们经常可以发现，当作者试图表达某一个意思的时候，他尽量都选择了不同的表达方式。比如:在speed and comfort 这篇课文中(NCE3 lesson
