询盘,发盘,还盘,分别用英文怎么说,及它们各自的定义是什么?
询盘:inquiry或enquiry 在对外贸易中,询盘,也叫询价.是买方或买方对于所要购买或出售的商品向另一方作出的询问.发盘:Offers.通常是以广告,传单,信件或回应询盘的方式发出的.发盘的定义为:交易的一方为了销售或购买一批商品,向对方提出有关的交易条件,并表示愿按这些条件达成一笔交易,这种意思表示的行为称作发盘.还盘:Counter offer受盘人不同意发盘中的交易条件而提出修改或变更的意见,称为还盘.法律上叫反要约.

发盘实为法律上的一种合同要约形式,一般由卖方发出,但也可由买方发出,业务上称其为“递盘”。
还盘实质为法律上的合同反要约,即受盘人通过还盘对发盘中的交易条件提出修改和变更。
