展开全部 问明白客户要到哪个港口,找货代询价,选好货代后就可以订舱了,订舱的时候给货代发一份订舱委托,委托上最少要有收发货人的信息和品名,件重尺可以先编一个,不过要在截单前确认好,不然会产生改单费。
做信用证的话,信用证上的对海运方面的要求一定要在订舱前跟货代确认好,因为有些要求船公司满足不了。
如果一切都OK的话,就可以正常的订舱出号了。
订舱出号后,货代会给你们发入货通知,上面有截港和截单的时间和入货场站的联系方式,你们可以根据入货通知上的信息和工厂协调,安排提箱或送货。
(注意:提箱前和货代确认好免箱期,大部分船公司默认的起运港免箱期是7天,超了是要交钱的)。
货送到之后就是等场站的运抵报告了,有了运抵之后才可以报关,(报关资料包括箱单,发票,合同,还有报关委托)海关审查之后放行,然后等着上船就可以了。
一班船开后的1到2个工作日内会出账单,跟货代对好账单之后就可以付款买单了。
由于是做信用证的,会有一个交单期,所以做好尽早去货代那把提单买出来,以免耽误银行交单。
拿到提单之后,就可以去银行交单了。
交单比较简单,只要银行核对之后,单据都没有问题的话,就可以等着收钱了,如果产生的不符点的话,要么改单,要么给银行钱,具体一个不符点多少钱我也忘了。

我们不妨问这些问题:这次我们要给买家介绍的是何种产品及推销该产品的哪个卖点?我们的卖点会不会是很多同行都在推销的?我们的卖点是不是现在这个客人需要的?或会不会是客人未来需要的?然后再来电函写作。
在知道这些问题答案后,我们下面来研究写第一封英文函电时要注意哪些细节,哪些是比较适用的,有效的方法。
写第一封英文函电,首先我们必须有个好的标题。
吸引买家注意的标题,这样买家才有可能打开看我们的邮件。
就象我们第一次和人见面,要将自己装扮的漂亮点,帅一点,精神点一样,来吸引大家。
哪些标题才算吸引人,我想大家不妨去看看Yahoo上的产品推销(其实很多英文网站都可以看到),看看人家老外用何种标题来推销他们的产品的。
仔细研究一下,我想就知道了。
很简单,只要我们COPY他们自己习惯的做法就OK。
其次我们必须简单扼要,一目了然。
推销的文字不要多,不要太长。
记住:越简单越好。
简单最美。
但是不要因为简单而忘记自己产品的卖点。
通常我们是这样来写的:第二段:简单扼要的诉客人我们是该产品的专业生产商或供应商,我们有上乘质量及具有竞争力的价格。
现特别推荐我们的新产品,畅销的一品种来给客人。
最多不要超过两句话。
第三段:详细地描述所推荐产品,越全面越好。
通常是对产品品名,性能,材料,FOB/CIF价格,产品规格,包装规格,技术参数,付款方式,生产时间,样品提供情况等每一环节要做详细介绍,但也不能太累赘。
而往往我们很多人问题就是太多的文字来说明我们自己的公司背景,其实这是很大的败笔。
因为,买家每天收到很多推销邮件,很少有时间来研究你的公司背景。
买家常常将繁琐的文字做垃圾邮件来处理,可能不看我们辛苦写的长长推销邮件。
买家何时才会研究我们公司的背景呢?可能是在想和我们真正发生业务合同时,才会用时间研究我们公司的背景资料。
一旦,买家研究我们公司的背景,可能那是一个好的讯息:买家可能要向我们购买产品了。
