　　The seller agrees to sell and the buyer agrees to buy the under mentioned commodity according to the terms and conditions stipulated below:
　　（1）单价Unit Price：
　　（2）货物名称及规格Commodity ：
　　（4）成交方式Terms of Shipment: FOB QINGDAO
　　（5）付款方式Terms of Payment:30% TT deposit , and 70% balance TT by fax B/L in 7 days.
　　（6）数量要求Quantity: Tolerance of quantity difference between the order and actual +/-5%.
　　（8）包装Packing:
　　（9）装运口岸Port of Loading: Qingdao Port， China
　　（10）目的口岸Port of Destination:
　　（11）装运期限Time of Shipping: finishing the order in 30 days for one 40” container after receiving the deposit and confirmed the samples and drawings.
　　（12）质量标准Quality Standards：
　　（13 单据Documents: Packing List 3，Commercial Invoice 3，B/L 3.
　　（14）保险Insurance:
　　（15）不可抗力:由于人力不可抗拒的事故，使卖方不能在本合同规定期限内交货或者不能交货，卖方不负责任。
　　Majeure：In case of force majeure, the seller shall not be responsible for late delivery or non-delivery of the goods but shall notify the Buyer by cable, The seller shall deliver to the buyer by registered mail.
　　（16）仲裁：凡因执行本合同或与本合同有关事项发生的一切争执，应由双方以友好协商解决，如果不能取得协议时，则在被告国家根据被告国仲裁机构的仲裁程序进行仲裁，仲裁决定是终局的，对双方具有同等约束力。仲裁费用除非仲裁机构另有决定外，均由败诉一方承担。
　　Arbitration: All disputes in connection with this contract or the execution thereof shall be settled friendly through negotiations. Where no settlement can be reached the disputes shall be submitted for arbitration.

　　打错了，买和卖的音一样，可见打合同的人用的是拼音输入法。

另外，你可以从合同的价格条款可以看出来是卖方还是买方，如是fob或cnf/cfr/c&f，则是买方投保，如是cif，则是卖方投保。这是三种最常见的价格条款。
