常务班长职责

五年级三班班级自主管理量化规定
为了创建一个文明班级,给每位同学创造一个良好的学习环境,针对本班的实际情况,制定本管理方案:
一、 班级分五个方面进行评比:学习,纪律,道德,卫生,安全。
学习,纪律和卫生、道德,安全以个人进行总评比,每周评比一次,被扣最多分的同学应擦一天的黑板或为班级做件好事,如果被学校扣分的,应在班会上做公开检讨;被扣最少分的同学进行一定的奖励。由班长在周末进行汇总。
每个月以组为单位对各方面进行评比,扣分最多的一组替扣分最少的一组扫一次教室,一个月允许每人平均被扣5分,如果被扣5分以上的组,应再替扫一次卫生区,并由组长在班会上做公开检讨。班长在周末进行汇总。
期末进行个人总评比:学习+纪律+道德+卫生。对表现最好的10名同学进行奖励,表现最差的同学做公开检讨。班长在周末进行汇总。

1、作业应独立完成,不抄袭别人的作业,应在科任老师规定的时间内完成并上交给科代表。按时保质、保量完成作业,第一组学生交给第二组组长,第二组学生交给第三组组长,以此类推。学习组长做好记录。一次不交者扣2分,拖交者扣1分,抄袭作业者一次扣5分。

五 、卫生方面(卫生委员负责,值日生配合)

1、打架,每次扣10分。学生故意损坏校园花草树木,破坏公物每人次扣5分。下河游泳、泡网吧、打桌球、打赌博机、闹事、偷盗,放高利贷、玩电、放火、充当老大勒索其他同学财物,发现一次扣15分。学生违纪后不主动承认错误,造成事态严重化,一次扣20分,通知家长领回家反省。
2、有不文明、不礼貌的言行,每次扣5分。
3、在学校规定不能玩耍的地方玩,每次扣10分。
4、集合时有推、拉、挤等现象,每人扣5分,发生矛盾的每人扣10分,造成摔伤、碰伤等轻伤的每次扣10分,并责令通知家长赔偿治疗。
5、在教室内、门口、楼道、楼梯、阶梯、操场等处疯闹的每次扣5分,造成轻微事故的扣10分。

一、合理安排时间,精心编制一日学习计划。
科学安排假期中学习、娱乐和活动。首先写一份一日学习计划书,科学安排好每天的课余时间和节假日的作息时间,晚上及时收看《新闻联播》,了解国内外大事,并做好一定笔记。
二、自觉认真完成学业,广泛开展大阅读活动,做个爱学习勤读书的小学者
课余时间是我们在学习上查漏补缺的好时机~每天按计划完成一定量的自主作业,养成每天科学自主学习的良好习惯,借助有关工具书预习新课,提高自学能力。阅读有益的课外书籍,并记好一本读书笔记,写好一手钢笔字——参照本学期字帖每天坚持练30个字,积极参加社会实践活动,进行小课题研究,不断提高自己的基本功和学习素养。
三、积极参加户外建身运动,加强体育锻炼,做个身强体壮的小健将

一、 指导思想

三、实施过程
1. 我班根据本班实际,制定班规。 班规的内容包括本班的制度、 要求、计划、方法等,班规的制定必须遵循“事事有人做,人人有 事做,时时有事做,事事有时做”的原则,必须由全班学生商量、 讨论制定并表决通过。 制定班规的同时也要制定相应合理的处罚 制 度 , 包 括 做 好 事 、 写 规 定 字 数 的 说 明 书 、 打 扫 卫 生 等 。
2. 建立健全班委会 班委会的设置:班长设置 1人, 设副班长 1人, 学习、生活、体育、卫生、文艺、纪律、各 1人,共有 7人组成,
特殊情况下可增。班委会的成员必须通过竞选、演讲民主产生,任 职期间有明确的目标及任期。 同时实行值日班长制度,每天之日 班长配合班主任具体负责班级及当日的班级事务管理,做好相应的
记录。
“班委竞选”和“值日班长”的开展,从机制上让更多的学生 有集体意识和服务意识,在实践中“学会合作、学会负责、学会做 人” 。
3.实行评分考核制 按照《小学生守则》 《中小学生日常行 为规范》和《学生一日常规细则》的要求,结合班规在班主任的指 导下,由班委具体实行对全班每个学生的品德行为规范的考核。班 委会根据成员的分工对每个同学的学习、纪律、卫生、文体活动等 方面的表现进行周考核、月考核、学期考核,班委会接受同学和班 主任的考核。考核实行积分制,分为优秀、良好、合格、不合格四 个等级。考核的结果作为评优的依据之一。
4. 班级事务实行“包干负责制”具体负责分配如下:
