6月1日下午5点10分左右，小郑路过龟背立交桥旁的金穗大厦，看见3名工作人员正在劝说摆地摊卖菜刀的一个老头离开。小郑说：“我就和别的路人一样看了几秒。一名身穿城管制服的工作人员说：‘看什么看，全散开。’当时，我没有说什么，就由西向东朝前走，走了几步，一边走我一边回头。”就在小郑回头之际，一名身穿城管制服的工作人员对小郑说：“你是不是不服？”小郑回答：“我是学生，不关我的事，我是去大观商业城买东西。”“你要去那里买东西，好，我们带你去。”说完，3人合力拖他进了一条偏僻巷子里殴打。小郑说：“我跟他们3个反复说，自己是学生，可他们还是要拖，要打。” 附近商户小何对记者说：“我亲眼看见他（小郑）被城管硬拖进去，小郑从里面跑出来，跑到小门又被拖进去。当时，围着很多人。”
事后，经医生检查，小郑的手腕、肩膀、胸部、背部及眼角、脸、嘴唇等多处受伤，医生建议留院观察。

Zheng said to the junarlist :”I just stop walking to obeserve what happened.” Suddenly, the city managers shouted: what are you looking at? Get out of here!”Then Zheng left this place without any complaints.Howerver, when Zheng was looking back, One of the city managers who wear an uniform said to him:” What? you have any problems with that?”
Zheng said:” No,I am not. I am only a student, this is none of my business, I am just passing by here and want to go DaGuan shopping mall.”
City manager said:” Okey, We will take you there.”
Then the three managers pushed this student into a lane and beaten him up
Zheng reflected to the journalist , he repeated he was only a student, it is none of his business, but the managers still didn’t stop beating him.
A business man said to the jornalist:” I saw Zheng was pushed into a corner, However, Zheng want to run out there,but he he didnt succeed. The fact went to worse.” Indeed, the doctor indicated that Zheng Yulin had several injuries in the part of shoulder, chest, back, canthus and lips. In addition, the doctor suggested that Zheng Yulin had to be hospitalized for observation a few days 。
I think the urban management is the national official, should pay more attention to their behavior, their duty is to better the planning and management of the city and not abuse their power a bully.
My question is“What's your opinion on the behavior of urban management department? ”

To ensure the safety of passages, the airline company should put more efforts.”
In my opinion, there is no doubt that about the responsibilities for this incident, the aerotechnics bear the brunt. Some investigators are reported to believe that the plane may have gone into an aerodynamic stall as the pilot climbed steeply to avoid a storm. The pilot had requested to fly higher to avoid the storm, but air traffic controllers didn’t reply timely. The time they replied a
minute later, the plane has already lost contact. If the corporation between pilot and controller can be more smooth, the incident may not happen. The communication technology still has a long way to go. In addition, the AirAsia lacks forecasting and emergency measures. Air France Flight 447, which crashed in the mid-Atlantic in June 2009 killing 228 people, was flying through similar conditions. If they have already taken this kind of extreme weather into consideration when they design the plane, if they have more emergency plans,

Second, I think the government should also make emergency plans in advance. If emergence should happen, we can take efficient measures to minimize the damage. Third, the citizens’ personal qualities should be
improved. When the stampede happens, we should not be panic. The most
