各位游客，大家好，今天我们一起来游览北国的名山圣水----云台山。云台山位于河南焦作修武县境内，是首批世界地质公园和国家重点风景名胜区，由小寨沟、老潭沟、温盘峪、子房湖、茱萸峰、万善寺等景区组成。由于山势险峻、陡峭，落差悬殊，常年云雾缭绕，故称云台山。 云台山北邻山西省，东接辉县市，西与方山对峙，南面是一望无际的孤原。这里有大小名峰三十六座，峰峦叠翠，雄奇险秀。主峰茱萸峰有一片茂密森林，为国家级森林公园，堪称”园中园”。景区规划总面积约55平方公里。分为三大体系:一、峰岳景区:茱萸峰、三秀峰、叠彩洞、浓秀谷;二、沟谷景区:温盘峪、子房湖、小寨沟、老潭沟、武周寨;三、宗教景区:真庆宫、万善寺、玄帝观、百家岩。这里自然景观优美，人文景观丰富。汉献帝刘协、魏晋”竹林七贤”、唐朝孙思邈、唐太宗李世民及其大将尉迟敬等均在此留下了历史遗迹。

沿公路而上，过了迎宾洞，左边的山谷相裂成隙。这便是温盘峪景区。峪深80余米，最宽处不过丈余，峪上群山环抱，致使这又窄又深的峪内空气不能与外界的空气很好地交流，便形成了自己独特的小气候，这里冬暧夏凉，温度适中，仿佛处在恒久的温暖中，故名温盘峪。这谷南端的瀑布名为“白龙瀑“，，传说白龙在此居住。如果你仔细看，一定会发现一个很奇怪的事。你看这瀑布日夜奔流不息地流入白龙潭，可是这潭水却不见增长，也没有外流。那么水哪里去了呢,(原来在潭下有一巨大暗河，大量的水潜流而去，它的出口在修武县五里源乡的海蟾宫。这在郦道远的《水经注》上有记载:“潜流三十里复出”。海蟾宫水质优良，此处生产的松花蛋是历朝的贡品。)走过山壁间开凿的隧洞，我们进入温盘峪景区。首先直入眼帘的是“一线天“。人行其间山体
相合只留下一线天地，甚是奇妙。 景区内秀幽雄险，集泉、瀑、溪、潭于一谷，素来享有“盆景峡谷“的美誉。峡谷南北长约1公里，宽3-10余米，两岸峭壁山石秀丽，仿佛鬼斧神工，雕凿而成一巨大盆景，又好象名山大川浓缩后的精华，园林专家称之为”自然山水精品廊“，景区内有逍遥石、相吻石、灵龟戏水、双狮吸水、龟背石等景观。峪内有九龙潭，相传为古时九龙栖息之地，分别为白龙潭、子龙潭、眠龙潭、青龙、黄龙、卧龙、黑龙、首龙等，因峪内司温，潭水常年气温在10度左右，夏季水凉不宜游泳，但却是冬泳的好云处。行至黑龙潭，一持瀑布从山壁间喷薄而出，如堆雪飘杨，十分壮观。动态的水流入静态的水中，十分美丽。《朝初建国后，张良在帮助刘邦建立汉业之后，明白“兔死而走狗烹，”便辞官而去，后来他独自出午去台山。因张良字子房，故此处的村庄叫:子房村“，源叫“子房湖”。现在的景区是在原有湖泊上加高修建的，湖面300余亩，长约8华里，最宽处300米，水深呈阶梯状分布，北浅南深，深处约地100米，水容量为1亿立方，是一中型水库。
沿湖而行，可见对面山峦中有“达摩峰”。相传印度僧人达摩来中国传教，到达少林寺，面壁10年仍常有杂念涌入心头，于是走出寺庙，要找一处绝妙的静处修行。后来就来到去台山，在子房湖西畔山峦上静坐。此处人迹罕至，达摩高居山巅，终山岚流云为伴，山灵一片净化像山样入定下来，不久即化仙而去，此处则留下了“达摩峰”和与之遥遥相对的“佛龛峰“。
在子房湖西畔，可见一沟名”黄楝沟“，里面景色宜人，最奇处是沟朝天伸展而出的几个山峰，相连成佛掌，故名“佛掌峰”。佛掌峰上有“天堂”，是一独家独户的自然小村庄。古时，苛捐杂税沉重，有人躲在佛掌峰上，开垦良田，遍栽果树，在上边过起了自给自足的小农生活。躲过了官府的索取，无忧无虑，快乐似神仙，故给自己的家园名之“天堂”。再往前走，即见子房湖尽处，有两个小村庄绕子房湖东西而扎，这即是子房村，是张良的后世子孙繁衍而成的。在隋末唐初，刘武周和李世民先后在此屯粮食、兵器，故后人称之为“东仓”“西仓”。
老潭沟，潭瀑峡(小九寨)
老潭沟景区的特点为山雄水秀，峰高瀑急，沿水路溯水而上。山势高峻挺拔，水流急湍深邃。 过了低山头，前面出现了两条岔道，一条是台阶石梯，登上后可沿山坡石坂路向前行，路两旁郁郁葱葱，树可遮天，这些树木在石缝中生长，多有几百年的树龄;一条路是水路，橡皮船过“幽潭”，攀“仙渡”，可见昔屋一间，有若与世隔绝，旁有小道，直通“天瀑”。“天瀑“是云台山景观之最，也是中华之最，瀑落差310米，瀑宽约5---7米。天瀑之高雄冠九州，可谓”飞流直下三千尺“，。瀑布如雷贯耳，沿途我们早有所闻，其势之壮，不见其面，已早闻其声。与天瀑遥遥相望的对面山上，有“观瀑台“，此台为看水景的最佳观赏点。观瀑台边有一组山瀑持壁，瀑上青苔恰似孔雀落壁，被美称为“孔雀泉”
另外沟内还有“私语泉”“波浪石坪”’独秀峰””双秀峰””路功”等景点。沿路登监山顶，便是豫、晋两省分界处。
出了老潭沟不远处，有一石桥横架河谷，是通往”小寨沟”风云景区的通道。
踏阶而行，路边有碑，上书”小寨沟”。站在此处向对面山峰间寻找，可见高山群岚之中，有一古代官吏，头戴乌纱帽，乐悠悠地坐在山上，这就是当地人传说的唐公石。传说，明朝嘉庆年间，唐成因审了诰命，名声大振，却又遭到排挤，仕途坎坷，历遭磨难，在遭贬途中，经此地游山玩水以泄愁闷，越觉官场险恶。从此消了仕途之念，在此化仙而云，留下了这块山峰供后人纪念。
“小寨沟”旧名”小潭沟”， 小寨沟相传为隋末农民起义英雄刘武周和唐太宗李世民安营扎寨之地。故名小寨沟。沟总长约,公里，高山对耸，中为峡谷。谷底巨石矗立，溪流涓涓;，多彩多姿的泉瀑溪流引人入胜，呈现出千变万化的飞瀑、走泉、彩潭和山石景观,故得雅号:潭瀑川。出现了第一潭，即”龙蛇潭”，小寨沟地处深山老林人迹罕至，水多，潮湿，常有蛇蟒出入。相传有家夫进山砍柴，见有巨蟒在此饮水，蛇大为龙，因而得名。过了龙蛇潭，有上下或者称山水两条道路通往景区。水路是供游客游览的，山路是回来的路，水路走不远，即见有群瀑自高岩处跌落，人称”九叠瀑”。群瀑自高岩跌落，瀑分三层，且每个断层都有两条瀑布相吸相融流入一个潭里，如情人耳鬓丝磨，窃窃私语，故此称”情人瀑”。
过了减肥石，即是”金龙卧波”，再往上走，忽然眼前一片开阔，”丫字瀑”迎面而来，瀑高十余米，深五、六米，地而开阔孤坦，但见四面青山相环绕，一块巨石仿佛自天而降，落在这里，供销游人休憩、乘凉、野餐、照相。试剑石，传说唐王李世民在讨伐刘武周时，竹林七贤之一向秀的后代向李世民献宝剑，名曰:嵇康剑。李世民执此剑朝此青石连劈两下，至此石上仍留有剑痕。(隋末群雄竞起的纷乱形势中，刘武周率先起兵，依附突厥，图谋帝业，进而“率军南向以争天下”，占据了有充足食粮和库绢的晋阳，攻陷河东大部地区，威逼关中。但是，在当时人心厌乱思定，天下统一已成为历史发展必然趋势的情况下，刘武周“军无蓄积，以虏掠为资”，在并汾一带没有取得地主阶级和人民群众的支持，建立起巩固的统治基础;加之他对手又是杰出的政治家、军事家李世民，这就决定了他必然败亡的定局。)“清清漪池”水浅而清，色彩艳丽，青苔把一潭水映得碧绿无尘，不管有风无风，池内涟漪轻荡故名之，水池有鱼，鱼体透明。水帘洞”处只出山崖上一挂瀑布分散成帘子状倾泻下来，此水四季长流，。旁有”狮子头”，其造型如一头活生生的小狮子一样逼真，故名之。“狮头石”前整个山崖被水溶蚀而成钟乳状，下有两股水在离地米高处喷出，此乃”不老泉”在魏晋时景区内有逸人王烈，不食人间烟火，渴饮此泉，饿食黄精，寿至338岁，仍然健步如飞，不减少年。您不妨来尝一下。
我们进入小寨沟尽端，迎面可见几块怪石，有”唐王试剑石“、
点将台，是李世民当年点将收兵的地方。站在”点将台“上，悬崖高耸，人如坐井底，故名”坐井观天“;县崖青苔高挂山崖，仿佛一只孔雀高挂架上，雀尾下一挂水帘，称作”凤尾串珠“。另外还有”灵龟吐珠“、”云龙播雨“”唐王饮马池“”石舟“”蝴蝶石“。
(叠彩洞、茱萸峰景区)
子房湖旁有两条岔道，下道是通往小寨沟景区、老潭沟景区;上道便是直通山西的修陵公路。叠彩洞景区和茱峰景区盘恒在此。叠彩洞是连接豫、晋两省的公路遂洞，大小23条洞，首尾相连总长4000多米。在外只见一排巨大的阶梯层层递上，在洞里都是180度的转弯和45度以上的爬坡。这就是“暗十八盘”，勤劳的人民用十二年的时间修建了这条路。 沿公路自下而上，爬山穿洞，仰望山巅，只见一座座山峰拔地而起，峭壁悬崖，高达万仞。沿途山峰形态各异，在这里您可以找到l’小象攀山””双驼峰“梦笔生花”等各个景点。出了十二号洞，迎面而来一块奇峰异石高立在对面山上，这块石头随着车行视线的转变，可由灵芝、傣族少女逐渐变成一摩登少女。因此处石秀、水秀、花草秀，故名”三秀峰”。坐车前驶片刻，眼前忽然一片开阔，这个景点名为”西瀛观”，游客到此，都会有心旷神怡的感觉。肢下这一片湖是我们经过的子房湖，一个小时的路程，已经是抬高了五六百米的高度，在子房湖东南即是温盘肉区景，相传古时在温盘峪居信有九条龙，谷南的白龙和谷北的黑龙经常腾云驾雾来到”西瀛观”品茗赏景，

(白龙瀑)在峡谷半山腰的位置上，我们往东南方便能看到红石峡的第一挂瀑布------白龙瀑。从谷南端崖壁的涧口处跌落的那挂瀑布就是白龙瀑。共分为三叠，垂直落差60余米，上下段短而隐，下一段长且露。状若飞雪玉龙，银光闪闪，因它毗邻云台山西南大门，故又称迎宾第一瀑。

(一线天)过了黑龙洞，这里涧水分割山体，中间有急流飞泻，绝壁高耸，崔嵬对持，山体相合只留一线天地，犹如泰山压顶，使人倍感惊险刺激。
(黄龙潭)这里峡宽二三十米，被与青龙潭相邻，前后对比相对开阔了许多。水深处湛蓝无比，水浅处清澈见底。浅绿淡黄的菌类游丝，漂浮在潭水上面，吸附在水底的鹅卵石上，把滩底掩映的清新流翠。好像能工巧匠为黄龙潭铺设了一层金丝绒地毯。潭中的石头倒影在水中，参差错落，好像一个水式庭院。
(含羞石、相吻石)在黄龙潭中，最引人注目的莫过于分别位于潭中央的含羞石和潭东北的相吻石了。据传说，这块含羞石无论春夏秋冬的水位怎么变化，她总是若隐若现地浮在水面上，十分奇怪，好像一位年轻漂亮的仙女见了美男子一样羞羞答答。很不好意思地诉说着爱慕之情。潭东北，那两块跃出水面，宛如一对情人相拥相吻的红色奇石，这是黑、百二龙王的龙子龙女的浪漫化身。以独特的造型语言，来表达彼此之间的爱恋之情。
( 逍遥石、龟背石)在黄龙潭的西北角还有一块奇石，高2米，长3米，宽约1米，一半在岸上，一半在水中，文理自然，古朴浑厚。传说，庄子当年云游此处的时候，见之如老友后，顿时突发灵感，在此留下了千古绝唱《逍遥游》，后人为了纪念此事，将其命名为逍遥石。在逍遥石的旁边有一块巨石，上面有龟背纹理，所以叫龟背石。
(青龙潭)青龙潭位于黄龙潭北面，二潭相辅相成，时时相连，宛如鸳鸯交颈，潭内有一块奇石，时而浮上水面，时而又沉入水中。人称金龟浮水’。神话告诉我们，仙界如同人间一样，也有命运的沉浮和坎坷。
(黑龙潭、黑龙瀑)过了青龙潭，来到的就是黑龙潭和黑龙瀑了，在这里，碧绿的潭水映衬着朱红色的山体所透出的鲜艳让人惊叹。
(悬石)顺着步道往前走到一弯曲处时，就是家在峭壁间的那块巨石，摇摇欲坠，人站到下边不免会感到心惊肉跳。这块石头在当地又叫试心石。未婚男子在心爱的姑娘求婚时，女方为了考验小伙子的诚心和胆量，就让他站在这块石心石下，对天发誓，与爱妻永结同心，否则天理不容。现在，每到情人节这一天，都会看到许多情侣在诗心石下相对窃窃私语，山盟海誓。
(黄龙潭)面前的这条姿态壮观的瀑布，银白色的水幕从谷顶倾泻而下，声如闷雷。青苔巧妙地生长在泉水的周围，与泉水交相辉映，雄伟壮观中不乏芊巧丽质，宛如一块硕大精美的水体雕塑。在水体雕塑南面的水中还稳稳地躺着一块形似元宝的巨石----元宝

(天女散花瀑)常言说得好:好花成对，好事成双。在珍珠潭的北面上方，有一条雄壮的瀑布与之相伴，人称为天女散花瀑。两条瀑布上下错落，一南一北，一高一低，一明一暗，一雄一秀。天女散花瀑源于三秀谷的谷底，落差30米，飘飘洒洒，飞花碎玉，能够引起人们的无限遐思。该瀑布平时水量有限，但一到雨季，便一反常态，化做一条长龙，在人行栈道的正上方跃涧飞向对面山崖，形成 苍龙过涧的奇观。

(在子房湖大坝安排休息)朋友们，呈现在我们眼前的这汪绿水，便是子房湖了，子房湖因西汉名将张良(字子房)在此隐居而得名，是云台山景区最大的湖泊水体景观。大家看，这子房湖东西宽200米，南北长4000米，湖面300余亩，水深呈阶梯状分布，北浅南深，最深出约100米，水容量为1亿立方米，在这里我们可以尽情领略高峡出平湖的秀丽景色。子房湖山青水碧，四季风景各异，春可临水赏山花，夏可入水戏碧波，秋观水天共一色，冬览山水扮素裹，置身于此，尽可得山水之乐。于是，便有人赋诗赞曰:天光湖色应心开，双浆展翅一字排。清风乘坐歌谣去，夕阳驮得好梦来。
古人云:山之名，以人著。子房湖之所以闻名于世，于西汉名将张良密切相关。张良，字子房，是秦末汗初著名的大军事家，政治家。两千多年来，他一直被儒家所推重，为道教和民间所神化。宋代的《太平广记》中的《神仙传》更是将张良列为神仙之列来记载。传说，张良在博浪沙阻击秦始皇未中，经常在云台山来避难，因在河边踩住尹伊的脚印儿得到的神助，后因出山投奔反秦起义军而得志，成为了彪炳史册的一代名臣。历史上，张良作为西汉刘邦的军师，运筹帷幄之中，决胜于千里之外，协助刘邦实现了亡秦灭楚大业，统一了天下，建立了西汉，而后功成身退，拒荣华富贵，重返云台山隐居。他也因此躲过了狡兔死，走狗烹;飞鸟尽，良弓藏;敌国破，谋臣亡的杀身之祸。在这一点上，同时期的韩信，英布，彭越等一些被刘邦，吕后害死的名将也只
能望其项背，独自嗟叹了，想必这也正是他之所以成仙，得于青山共存亡的缘故
桃花水母)桃花水母是地球上最原始、最低等的无脊椎动物之一，最早诞生于5.5亿年前(另有专家认为是15亿年前)，体型小，扇径仅10毫米左右，晶莹透明，古称 桃花鱼，是国家濒危野生动物。2002年3月17日~20日在都江堰召开的 中国红色名录研讨会已正式将中华水母列为世界最高级别的 极危生物。据有关资料记载:世界上的 桃花水母已发现的有英国索氏，日本伊氏，和中国四川大渡河，四川灌县(基金都江堰市)以及湖北秭归五类，然而，前四类目前早已绝迹，仅存标本，秭归的 桃花水母也因三峡工程而面临灭绝的困境，已受到包括美国，日本，意大利等在内的中外学者的普遍关注。目前云台山景区已经邀请有关部门组织相关的生物学专家，水产学专家对 桃花水母进行了系统研究，实地考察，并提出了科学论证和建议方案，从而使桃花水母这一珍贵资源得到了有效的保护，为下一步深入

第三景段 潭瀑峡
(乘车赴潭瀑峡途中) 游客朋友们，请大家顺着我收支的方向往湖对岸看，看见了吗?那座雄伟挺拔，高耸入云的山峰，多像一名头戴战盔，身披铁甲的大将军啊!他就是张良的化身，当地人都习惯地称它为将军峰，也就是刚才我讲到的张良峰了。
再往前走，我们还可以看到一条沟谷， 名曰黄楝沟。沟内景色宜人，泉瀑溪流， 奇峰异石。最起初是沟边朝天伸展的那几座山峰，相连成佛掌，故名佛掌峰，佛掌峰上有天堂，是一独家独户的自然小村庄。故事，老百姓靠天而食，苛捐杂税沉重，有人躲到佛掌峰上，筑青石为屋，青石铺路，开垦良田，遍栽果树，在上边过起了自给自足的小农生活，也因此躲过了官府的勒索。他们在那里无忧无虑的快乐似神仙的日子，把自己的家园叫做天堂。在子房湖的尽头，还有两个小村庄沿子房湖东西而建，这就是当年张良隐居时住过的村庄:子房村。在隋末唐初，刘武周和李世民先后在此囤积粮食、兵器，故后人也将它称之为东仓、西仓。
(车至潭瀑峡停车场)现在映入我们眼帘的是千米叠彩瀑，这里波光粼粼，清澈见底，善于水的奇妙组合在这里发挥的淋漓尽致。我们面前的这两条风格迥异的峡谷是闻名遐迩的泉瀑峡和潭瀑峡，左边的是泉瀑峡， 右边的是潭瀑峡。按照我们的游程，请大家先随我们进入潭瀑峡，来感受这里如梦如幻的景色。潭瀑峡地处云台山北部偏西，是子房河的一个源头，峡长1270米，峡谷东面，峭壁为耸，苍岩横卧;峡谷西面竞秀峰参差俏丽，争奇斗艳。
(地质博物馆)这里这一造型独特的建筑物，便是云台山地质博物馆，它是为纪念2001年云台山被国土资源部批准为国家地质公园而专门修建的。地质博物馆内部分上下两部分， 上层出售当地土特产品、珠宝玉器、艺术品、饰物等，下层由影视厅和展厅组
成，影视厅全天候播放由中央电视台和国土资源部联合录制的地质资料光碟，讲述云台山的地质演变史和生物进化史，展厅中展出的是各种珍惜奇特的岩石、化石、矿石等， 并详细标注名称、成因和矿物含量。此外，还有反映云台山地质地貌景观的图片、名人字画等。这样一来不仅能使来云台山的游客欣赏到优美的自然风光，而且还能了解到在数亿万年前的地球板块运动中，大自然是如何造就了云台山叹为观止的灵山秀水的，特别是在2004年初， 云台山被联合国教科文组织批准为世界地质公园以后，这里更是吸引了成千上万的海内外游客驻足观赏。
(行至潭瀑峡牌坊处)请大家往我手指的方向看，对面山头上有一位老人，你看他头戴乌纱，身披官袍，悠然自得的坐在高山凹处，仿佛在思考什么，那就是被当地人所传送的唐公石。说起唐公石，这里还有一个动人的传说。相传在明嘉靖年间，敢审诰名夫人的七品芝麻官唐成知县，因审了诰明而名声大震，但因此也遭到了官官相护的达官贵族的排挤，此后仕途坎坷，历遭磨难，在贬官途中，他曾在此游山玩水以泄胸中愁闷。从此打消了仕途之念，在此隐居至终，后人名名此峰以示纪念。
(沿山间步行道路前行)在云台山的风景画廊里。潭瀑峡可谓是大自然的上乘之作，因为隋末农民起义军刘武周曾在此安营扎寨，所以又名小寨沟。这里三步一泉，五步一瀑，十步一潭，呈现出千变万化的飞瀑、帘瀑、流瀑、彩瀑、奇石等景观，风光宜人，宛若秀丽江南。

朋友们， 经过一路的欢声笑语，我们现在已经到达了茱萸峰停车场了。
茱萸峰海拔1308米，是云台山的主峰，因在古时候遍生芳香植物茱萸而得名的。前方您所看到的就是云台山主峰茱萸峰。云台山古时候称为“覆釜山”，就是因为我们云台山的主峰——茱萸峰，孤峦秀矗，如同一口巨锅倒扣在群峰之上，常年云雾缭绕而得名。满山覆盖的都是原始次生林，我们茱萸峰有两条游览线路，一条是登上1667个台阶，到达圣顶茱萸峰，上面有药王洞，传说是孙思邈炼丹采药的地方，另外洞口处有一棵千年红豆杉，所谓是“红豆生南国”，这种树在南方极为普通，而生长在北方是极为罕见，更何况是一棵千年红豆杉。另一条路，我们可以去凤凰岭上的重阳阁游览，凤凰岭上有千年凤求凰，也就是两棵千年五角枫树，一雌一雄。游览茱萸峰需要两个小时的，去凤凰岭需一个半小时，咱们大家可以根据自己的体力自行安排。
在入口处有一处汉白玉栏杆包围的一尊雕塑，这就是唐代大诗人王维的雕像，据记载，王维每年九月九重阳节都要和亲朋好友一起登上茱萸峰望远寄情，并在此写下了“独在异乡为异客，每逢佳节倍思亲。遥知兄弟登高处，遍插茱萸少一人”的千古绝句。这一千古绝唱，将千百年来游子心中最无法变更的思乡之情表达得淋漓尽致。

沿公路而上，过了迎宾洞，左边的山谷相裂成隙。这便是温盘峪景区。峪深80余米，最宽处不过丈余，峪上群山环抱，致使这又窄又深的峪内空气不能与外界的空气很好地交流，便形成了自己独特的小气候，这里冬暧夏凉，温度适中，仿佛处在恒久的温暖中，故名温盘峪。这谷南端的瀑布名为"白龙瀑"，传说白龙在此居住。
走过山壁间开凿的隧洞，我们进入温盘峪景区。首先直入眼帘的是"一线天"。人行其间山体相合只留下一线天地，
